Characteristics of the educational program: The educational-professional program represents special education and professional training of masters on such actual applied vector - Business administration: strategic development and innovations. Key words: management, management system, business administration, innovations Object of study: management of organizations and their departments. Objectives of training: training of specialists who are able to identify and solve complex problems and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, involving research and / or innovation and characterized by uncertainty of conditions and requirements. Theoretical content of the subject area: - paradigms, laws, patterns, - principles, historical preconditions of management development; - concepts of system, situational, adaptive, antisipative, anti-crisis, innovation, project management, etc .; - functions, methods, technologies and management decisions in management
Програмні результати навчання: - Formation in students of theoretical knowledge and skills of application of methodical approaches of management of organizational culture in the conditions of intercultural interaction of the organization; - Skills of formulating cultural differences of national and corporate level; - Mastering the skills to understand and integrate the basic values of different cultures in the management practice of the organization; the ability to adapt and develop skills to identify sources of stress in the transition from culture to culture; - Ability to select and use management concepts, methods and tools, including in accordance with defined objectives and international standards; - Ability to form leadership qualities and demonstrate them in the process of managing people; - Formation of students 'practical knowledge and acquisition of practical skills in organizing the process of change management and the formation of future specialists' skills and abilities to use universal tools for developing and implementing universal projects to achieve effective existence and development of the organization; - Ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups of different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge / types of economic activity); - Ability to create and organize effective communications in the management process; - Ability to form leadership qualities and demonstrate them in the process of managing people; - Ability to use psychological technology to work with staff. - Ability to develop projects, manage them, show initiative and entrepreneurship; - Ability to set values, visions, mission, goals and criteria by which the organization determines further directions of development, to develop and implement appropriate strategies and plans; - Ability for self-development, lifelong learning and effective self-management; - Ability to effectively use and develop the organization's resources;
