Characteristics of the educational program: Objects of study: social welfare of the population, determinants that affect it; organizational, managerial, expert, control-analytical, project, research activities in the social sphere. Learning objectives: training of specialists capable of solving complex problems and problems in the social sphere or in the learning process, which involves research and / or innovation and is characterized by uncertainty of conditions and requirements Theoretical content: concepts, concepts, principles of social development of individuals and communities and their use to explain the patterns of social processes, social protection and assistance to vulnerable groups. Methods, techniques and technologies: methods and technologies of collecting, processing and interpretation of research results in the social sphere and the field of scientific research. Tools and equipment: modern universal and specialized information systems and software products used in the social sphere and in the field of scientific research.
Gained competence: 1. Solve complex problems and issues that require updating and integrating knowledge in the face of incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements. 2. Critically evaluate the results of scientific research and various sources of knowledge about social work practices, formulate conclusions and recommendations for their implementation. 3. Show in-depth knowledge and systematic understanding of theoretical concepts, both in the field of social work and in other fields of socio-humanitarian sciences. 4. Demonstrate initiative, independence, originality, generate new ideas for solving professional problems. 5. Determine the methodology of applied research and apply methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis of results, including methods of mathematical statistics.
1. Organize joint activities of specialists in various fields and non-professionals, prepare them for social work, initiate team building and coordinate teamwork. 2. Analyze the social and individual context of the problems of the individual, family, social group, community, formulate the purpose and objectives of social work, plan interventions in complex and unpredictable circumstances in accordance with the values ??of social work. 3. Make decisions autonomously in difficult and unpredictable situations. 4. Use general and specialized software to solve professional problems and carry out research. 5. Collect and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data. 6. Use foreign sources when performing tasks of research and applied activities, speak in a foreign language, both orally and in writing. 7. Develop social projects at a highly professional level. 8. Independently build and maintain purposeful, professional relationships with a wide range of people, representatives of various communities and organizations, argue, persuade, conduct constructive negotiations, effective conversations, discussions, be tolerant of alternative opinions. 9. Demonstrate a positive attitude to one's profession and comply with ethical principles and standards of social work. 10. Develop, test and implement social projects and technologies. 11. Implement the results of scientific research in practice. 12. Develop criteria and indicators of professional efficiency, apply them in the evaluation of work performed, offer recommendations for quality assurance of social services and management decisions.
1. Independently and autonomously find the information necessary for professional growth, master it, learn and produce new knowledge, develop professional skills and qualities. 2. Perform reflective practices in the context of the values of social work, responsibility, including to prevent burnout. 3. Assess the social consequences of policies in the field of human rights, social inclusion and sustainable development of society, develop recommendations for improving the legal framework for social work.
