Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and professional program is based on the fundamental postulates and results of modern theoretical and applied research in the field of management and focuses on an actual program in HR management, within the framework of which a further professional and scientific career is possible: at economic entities of various types and spheres of activity , state and municipal institutions and public organizations, institutions of higher education, military formations, scientific research institutions. The main emphasis of the program is the formation of professional knowledge and practical skills of complex problem solving regarding the effective functioning and development of enterprises, institutions, organizations with in-depth special training in the field of personnel management; the formation of patriotic and critical thinking in students, so that, ideally, they become philosophically mature and morally responsible individuals and national elites, capable of implementing ideas and models of team management based on innovative progress.
Програмні результати навчання: 1. Critically consider, choose and use the necessary scientific, methodical and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. 2. To identify problems in the organization and justify the methods of solving them. 3. To design effective management systems of organizations. 4. Justify and manage projects, generate business ideas. 5. To plan the activities of the organization in strategic and tactical sections. 6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. 7. Organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in an international context. 8. Apply specialized software and information systems to solve organizational management tasks. 9. To be able to communicate in professional and scientific circles in national and foreign languages. 10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional tasks. 11. To ensure personal professional development and planning of own time. 12. To be able to delegate authority and management of the organization (subdivision). 13. To be able to plan and carry out informational, methodical, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (subdivision).
Academic mobility: On the basis of bilateral agreements between Lviv Polytechnic National University and universities of Ukraine, as well as higher educational institutions of foreign partner countries.
Work placement(s): Practice on the subject of the master's qualification thesis.

Other program features: The educational and professional program combines theoretical knowledge with practical activities and scientific knowledge based on the results of the latest research on the Ukrainian and international labor markets and various national mental characteristics and corporate models of HR management. In general, there are 2 professional lines: Line 1. "Personnel management and talent development" The peculiarity of line 1 is its focus on the individual employee, his individuality and uniqueness. Personnel management is considered through the prism of communications, corporate culture, individual values and goals. Line 2. "HR management and organizational behavior", which is aimed at researching the interaction between the employer and employees in the context of teamwork, transformations, leadership, changes and related processes.
