Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and professional programme focuses on the formation of professional knowledge and practical skills in complex problem solving for the effective functioning and development of business entities with in-depth special training in the field of foreign economic activity management; on the development of higher education students' skills, knowledge and skills in managing transformational changes in the context of the integration of Ukrainian business into the EU and the post-war recovery of the Ukrainian economy; on the training of specialists who will become agents of change. In general, there are three professional lines within the educational and professional programme: Line 1. Management of foreign economic activity. The first professional line's peculiarity is its focus on the general aspects of foreign economic activity management, including business analytics, cross-cultural management, international marketing, and logistics. Line 2. International business management. The second professional line aims to research and build interaction between business entities within the international business environment. This line covers global determinants of international business, design thinking in international business, and its digital architecture.  Line 3. Management of foreign economic operations of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). The third professional line deals with managing foreign economic operations of small and medium-sized businesses to ensure economic growth in industrialised countries. It covers aspects such as managing SMEs' entry into international markets, cross-cultural communications of SMEs, and analytical tools for improving their efficiency.
Програмні результати навчання: 1. Critically reflect on, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological and analytical tools to manage unpredictable environments. 2. Identify organisational problems and justify methods for solving them. 3. Project effective organisational management systems. 4. Justify and manage projects and generate entrepreneurial ideas. 5. Plan strategically and tactically for the organisation. 6. Have the skills to make, justify and enforce management decisions under unpredictable conditions, considering the requirements of current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. 7. Organise and implement effective communication within a team, with representatives of different professional groups and international. 8. Use specialised software and information systems to solve organisational management problems. 9. Communicate in professional and scientific circles in national and foreign languages. 10. Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills, interact with people, and influence their behaviour to solve professional problems. 11. Ensure personal professional development and time management. 12. Delegate opportunities and manage the organisation (unit). 13. Be able to plan and implement the organisation's information, methodological, material, financial and personnel support (unit). 14. Provide management support for enterprises entering foreign markets, operating in them and choosing the best directions of foreign economic activity in the context of global challenges. 15. To form and use effective tools for managing the foreign economic activity of enterprises, taking into account the peculiarities of the international environment and the specifics of documentary and information support for interaction with stakeholders. 16. Ensure the transformation of the processes of managing the foreign economic activity of enterprises on the basis of the introduction of a wide range of modern management technologies and tools.

Occupational profiles of graduates: Employment of graduates of the program is possible in the public and private sectors of various sectors of the economy in management positions in the field of management of foreign economic activity, international business entities, international tourism entities, their structural units, a wide range of processes and operations in foreign economic activity, as well as in educational institutions as research and teaching staff. According to the National Classifier of Ukraine "Classifier of Occupations" DK 003:2010, a graduate of the educational and professional program "Management of Foreign Economic Activity" of the second (master's) level of higher education is able, in particular, to perform various professional work according to the CP codes: 1235 Head of foreign cooperation department. 1475.4 Manager (manager) of foreign economic activity. 2419.2 Expert on foreign economic issues. 2419.2 Consultant on foreign economic issues. Graduates of the program can be employed - in the management of enterprises and state authorities of the relevant foreign economic direction; - in departments of foreign economic control and information and analytical work; - in banking institutions (sectors of international settlements); - in insurance companies (sectors of insurance of foreign economic operations); - in customs brokerage companies; - in freight forwarding and logistics companies; - in departments of foreign economic activity; - in export and import departments; - in international marketing departments; - in international organisations and diplomatic services; - in chambers of commerce and industry and foreign missions; - at enterprises with foreign capital, etc.
