Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: The achievement of program learning outcomes is confirmed by the successful results of testing the acquired knowledge within the educational disciplines of the OP by conducting current and semester controls throughout the semester. The learning process ends with the completion and defense of a master's thesis.

Програмні результати навчання: Knowledge: 1. Knowledge of the principles of building radio technical systems (RTS) according to their purpose, namely, radar radio navigation systems and information transmission systems. 2. Mastering the principles of system engineering design, knowledge of the basics of calculating and designing the structure of a smart device and the built-in system in radio technical devices and media devices that are part of them. 3. Knowledge of test methods, experimental and theoretical research of individual nodes of smart systems and embedded devices and radio engineering systems as a whole. 4. Knowledge in the field of informatics and modern information technologies; skills in using development software, creating databases and using Internet resources; skills of working in computer networks. 5. Knowledge of the basic principles of operation and technology of creating modern smart products. 6. Knowledge of the principles of construction and operation, theory and design methods of modern embedded devices and systems. 7. Knowledge of the properties and basic parameters of detection tools, which are based on various physical principles. 8. Knowledge of the physical principles of operation of radio technical devices and information protection systems. 9. Knowledge of the main ways of improving the immunity of radio technical devices and the information protection system as a whole. 10. Knowledge of the methodology of planning and designing telecommunication networks and the ability to apply it when performing project tasks, mastering the basic methods and methods of calculations necessary for planning and designing telecommunication networks. 11. Possession of the main technical characteristics and parameters of network equipment and equipment and the ability to operate them for the needs of a justified choice of network equipment and equipment during network design. 12. Knowledge of means and methods of labor protection in the production of RTS. 13. Mastering issues of organization and management of the production of RTS materials, components and devices. 14. Ability to analyze technical and economic indicators, reliability, ergonomics, patent purity, market needs and investment climate. Skills: 1. The ability to calculate radio technical smart and embedded systems of various purposes with specified functions, to choose components and electronic equipment for them. 2. The ability to test smart devices and embedded systems, as well as research their properties. 3. The ability to use the means of development and automated design systems, the ability to analyze scientific and technical literature, including in a foreign language, regarding the state, trends and development of electronic equipment and modern RTS. 4. Ability to process text, graphic, audio data using specialized computer programs. 5. The ability to combine different types of data in one multimedia product with interactive control to solve problems of practical content. 6. Ability to develop smart devices and communication modules of embedded systems in accordance with current specifications and other regulatory documents. 7. The ability to choose the optimal configuration of the built-in system, to carry out calculations of its constituent parts. 8. The ability to analyze information signals of smart devices, including those caused by external interference. 9. Ability to calculate individual nodes and blocks of the embedded system and smart device. 10. The ability to formulate a technical task for a project of a smart device or an embedded system based on an analysis of the customer's needs and requirements, to plan the logical structure of the device, and on its basis the physical structure of the radio engineering system as a whole, and to formulate technical requirements for its components. 11. The ability to configure routing protocols in telecommunication network nodes to the extent necessary to perform the duties of a system administrator. 12. The ability to analyze the production situation in relation to the implementation of labor safety norms and rules, the ability to assess the impact on the environment of man-made factors inherent in the production of RTS components and devices. 13. Ability to assess the impact of technical and organizational factors on labor productivity and RTS production efficiency. 14. The ability to calculate RTS production needs in materials, components, composition and number of workers, technological equipment based on the design documentation for the RTS device and regulatory documentation of the industry and the enterprise. Communication: 1. Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages (English, German, Italian, French, Spanish). 2. The ability to use various methods, including modern information technologies, for effective communication at the professional and social levels. Autonomy and responsibility: 1. Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions. 2. The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen acquired and acquire new professional knowledge. 3. The ability to take responsibility for the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics. 4. Ability to demonstrate understanding of basic environmental principles, occupational health and safety, and their application.
