Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to: • adhere to the scientific principles of using the project management methodology; • use knowledge and skills regarding the selection of a methodology for the implementation of a scientific project; • apply knowledge and practical skills of analysis of relevant regulatory documents, current standards and technical conditions in the industry; • apply knowledge of modern project management methodology; • be able to form a team and establish communications within it. As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: UM 1 The ability to use modern tools and technologies for searching, processing and analyzing information, in particular, statistical methods for analyzing data of a large volume and/or complex structure, specialized databases and information systems. УМ6 Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team; УМ7 Ability to independently perform experimental studies and apply research skills, develop cognitive systems in conditions of loosely structured data of various nature; УМ8 The ability to assess the expediency and possibility of applying new methods and technologies in the tasks of synthesis of information systems, to argue the choice of methods for solving a scientific and applied problem, to critically evaluate the obtained results and to defend the decisions made; UM9 To be able to develop scientific projects in the field of system analysis. KOM1. The ability to communicate, to use different speech styles, communication methods and techniques, to demonstrate a wide scientific and professional terminological vocabulary. KOM2. The ability to use a variety of tools, including modern information technologies, for effective communication at the professional and social levels. AiB1. Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions. AiB2. The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge. AiB3. The ability to take responsibility for the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics.

Summary of the subject: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the graduate student must master modern project management methodologies, learn to apply them when conducting scientific research. The content of the discipline provides coverage of modern project management methodologies, project team management tools, the main principles of international, national and industry standards.
Assessment methods and criteria: written reports on laboratory work, oral examination (40%) final control (control measure, exam), written-oral form (60%)
