Summary of the subject: the basic concepts and methods of formation of modern quality living environment. The main trends in the formation of housing at different structural levels - urban, at the level of housing structures and complexes, at the the planning structure level. Considerable attention is paid to the basics of creating a safe and comfortable living environment, global and local trends, as well as specialized housing types (including supportive housing types).
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: assessment of activity in the classroom, checking individual tasks, assessment of tests and presentations on the topic of research. Final control: differentiated test.
