Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying an academic discipline is the formation of the necessary competencies in students, their acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical abilities and skills within the scope of this discipline, sufficient in combination with others for the successful performance of professional duties in this specialty and preparation for the successful assimilation of more complex programs for scientific researchers . As well as the formation of students' ability to think creatively, solve complex problems of an innovative nature and make productive decisions in the field of civil protection (CI), taking into account the peculiarities of the future professional activity of graduates, as well as achievements of scientific and technical progress.
Завдання: - The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students competencies: general competences: - knowledge of special sections of fundamental disciplines, to the extent necessary for mastering professionally oriented disciplines; - responsibility for the quality of the work performed. professional competences: - the ability to use the acquired knowledge and skills to work in industry and to understand the need to comply with the safety rules when performing official duties duties; - ability to apply professionally profiled knowledge and practical skills for creation of new and during maintenance of existing power plants, electrotechnical and electromechanical systems and their components; - the ability to argue the choice of a method of solving a specialized problem, critical evaluate the obtained results and defend the decisions made;
Learning outcomes: • the current state of elektrotravmatizmu in electrical and his high level in Ukraine; • Fundamentals of electrical safety theory; • the protection system against human electric shock; • the formation of a modern regulatory framework and principles of electrical networks with a guaranteed level of electrical safety; • legislative and normative documents on the protection of the population in emergency situations.

Summary of the subject: The status and problems of electrical safety. Effect of electric current on the human body. Criteria for electrical safety. The concept of increasing the level of security. State policy in the field of civil protection of the population and territories from manmade and natural disasters. Fundamentals of synthesis electrical networks with a high level of electrical safety. Monitoring of hazard occurrence of emergency situations. Provision of measures and actions within a unified system of civil defense on energy facilities. The practice of electrical safety. Types of protection from electric shock. A special feature in the field of civil protection.
Опис: Acquaintance with the current state of electrotraumatism in electrical installations and the reasons for its high level. Study of existing protections against electric shock. Study of the basics of the theory of electrical safety, proposals for creating a modern regulatory framework and parametric principles of creating electrical networks with a guaranteed level of electrical safety. It also provides for the study of civil protection issues for tourism facilities in accordance with the specifics of the professional activity of future specialists. The main task of the course is to guarantee the health of people at energy facilities through the formation of responsibility in officials and specialists for collective and personal safety.
Assessment methods and criteria: Defense of reports on laboratory work, evaluation of work in practical classes, differentiated assessment.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • written reports of the laboratory work, oral interviews, reference work (100%); • final control differential settlement: according to the results of the current control.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
