Learning outcomes: • possession of knowledge and understanding of the scientific principles of integrated resources and integration of data from different sources; • the ability to generate theoretical and practical solutions of content creation and storage of data from multiple consolidation sources; • the ability to use knowledge and skills in writing scripts with the prediction of control of data non-contradiction; • practical application of knowledge in data segmentation by using clustering of objects and Kohonen maps interpretation.

Summary of the subject: Data Integration as engineering design stage. Background of integration and basic systems. Problems of data integration basic architectures of construction. Technology and data integration methods: global (GAV) and local (LAV) methods. Approaches towards data integration (consolidation, federalization, distribution, service and hybrid). ETL Technology. EII Technology (Enterprise Information Integration) and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration). Business Process Integration (BPI), Application Integration, Data Integration, Standards of Integration. Technology ECM (Enterprise Content Management). Components of ECM-solutions (Integrated Document Management (IDM), Web Content Management (WCM), Records Management (RM), Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Collaboration, Knowledge Management (KM), Digital Asset Management (DAM). Integration of information enterprise systems. Service-oriented architecture of information system. Options for integration solutions: at the data level of physical and software interfaces. Means of data integration. The integration of applications and J2EE platforms MS.NET. The integration by using IBM WebSphere and Oracle data Integrator
