Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the specialist must know: • basic concepts and working terminology of computational linguistics used in theory and practice; • methods of linguistic research; • methods and algorithms of automatic morphological analysis of the text; • methods and algorithms of automatic parsing of the text; • methods and algorithms of automatic semantic analysis of the text; • methods and algorithms of automatic machine learning; • methods and algorithms of artificial intelligence.
Required prior and related subjects: The discipline "Linguistic support of computer-aided design systems" uses educational material of the disciplines "Discrete Mathematics and Mathematical Logic", "Programming".
Summary of the subject: "Linguistic support of computer-aided design systems" is to acquaint students with the content of the theory of formal languages, the basic principles, methods and algorithms of parsing formal languages (including programming languages), as well as automata - abstractions of recognizers and language converters.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Current control (45%): programming, written reports on laboratory work, oral examination • Final control (55%, differential test): written, testing, tasks, oral examination
