Summary of the subject: General characteristics and history of the development of FPLIS. Areas of use of FPGA. Requirements for FPLIS. FPGA classification. Using FPGAs as a basic element for building configurable computer systems. Hardware reconfigurable accelerators of universal computers. General structure of a typical reconfigurable accelerator. Reconfigurable accelerators with tightly coupled and loosely coupled architectures. Overview of modern serial reconfigurable accelerators. Block diagram of the PLDA PCI Xpress FX100 accelerator. Interaction of reconfigured accelerators with a personal computer. Interfaces USB, PCI-Express. Designing computer device models based on FPGA. Packages Active HDL 6.1, Xilinx ISE Foundation, ModelSim, iMPACT. Programming languages ??used in KKS. Modern reconfigurable systems on a crystal. Approaches to building systems on a crystal with the integration of a processor core and programmable logic of the companies Altera, Xilinx, Triscend, Atmel.
