Learning outcomes: As a result of the course students should know: - functional and block diagrams of actuators and mechatronic systems; - functional design features of the actuators of mechatronic systems; - the theoretical foundations of mechatronic systems; - method of calculation of standard parts and assemblies actuators of mechatronic systems; -static and dynamic characteristics of the actuators of mechatronic systems; -teoretycaly bases control actuators of mechatronic systems. Trained professional should be able to: - calculation of standard parts and assemblies actuators of mechatronic systems; -calculation of static and dynamic characteristics of the actuators of mechatronic systems; - develop of schemes circuit actuators of mechatronic systems; - use elements of the actuators of mechatronic systems; - use of the design features of the actuators of mechatronic systems.
Required prior and related subjects: prerequsite: physics; mechanical engineering; fundamentals of mechatronics; electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical components of mechatronics. corequisite: еlectronic devices mechatronic products; modeling in instrument.
Summary of the subject: This discipline seeks to study the basic elements and components of mechatronic actuators, their structures and operating principles. Introduction. Subject objectives of the course. Basic concepts and premises. Functional and block diagrams of actuators and mechatronic systems; Functional design features of the actuators of mechatronic systems; The theoretical foundations of mechatronic systems; Methods of calculation of standard parts and assemblies actuators of mechatronic systems; Static and dynamic characteristics of the actuators of mechatronic systems; Teoretycaly bases control actuators of mechatronic systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: • written report, oral polling (examination) (30%). • final control (control event, exam), oral-writing form (70%).
