Learning outcomes: By the end of the study, learners are expected to be able to: - Know the physical basis of CT, MR and ultrasound imaging techniques and the results of the interaction of radiation with the human body; - Be able to determine the technical level of medical devices (for performance) and their compliance objectives diagnosis.

Summary of the subject: Acoustic, electric and magnetic properties of the tissues of the human body. The phenomenon of nuclear magnetic resonance. Patterns and distribution of ultrasound on biological environment. Formation of ultrasound fields. Pulse and Doppler ultrasound diagnosis. Based on traditional X-ray diagnostics. Technical and medical foundations CT and MRI diagnostics.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): oral examination, evaluating the results of solution of problems of tests and seminars; Final control (60%): test, oral examination
