Анотація: In connection with the state of war in Ukraine, a large number of the company’s employees switched to remote work, as they had to leave their native homes. The development and information provision of a web service for employees working remotely will help the staff to adapt to new information, changes in the structure of work faster and better, and improve previously acquired skills. Taking into account the current possibilities and functions of modern tools and technologies for their use in self-education, it is necessary to analyze the students’ information and communication tools, Internet users and their use for self-education and self-development of personality. Analysis of their information content on the topic of self-education and self-development. The experts of the European Union together with the European Commission characterize the concept of "informal education" as any educational activity organized outside of formal education. It significantly branches out and complements formal education, ensuring the acquisition of the knowledge, skills and tools necessary for socially and economically active citizens of the country. This educational activity is structured, it has an educational goal, certain chat patterns, informational support and takes place officially. in the accused countries, as a rule, the system of informal education occupies the same level as the formal one, and sometimes even higher in importance, since it is here that a person finds himself in optimal conditions for the development of his creative potential [1]. According to Lukyanova L.B., adult education is a system of education in accordance with own educational goals with minimal participation of other parents, self-discipline; acquisition of knowledge by independent study outside the educational institution, preferably without the help of a teacher.
