Анотація: The frame-type production shop is made of reinforced concrete and has the shape of a rectangular building in plan. The building is symmetrical in the transverse direction. For spatial rigidity, the transverse frames of the body part in the axes 1-4 and A-P are directed along the longitudinal axes, and in the other part in the axes 5-17 and A-P - along the transverse axes. The length of the building is 90.0 m, the width is 72.0 m, the total height in axes 1-4 is 12.0 m, and in axes 5-17 is 20.4 m. The designed one-story house. In axes 1-4 and A-P there is a metal warehouse, in axes 4-5 and K-P there is a metal processing room, in axes 4-5 and D-K the room for assembly and welding of parts assemblies is designed, enlarged assembly and welding - in axes 4-5 and A-D. The production shop is equipped with three bridge cranes with a load capacity of Q=20t in axes 5-17 and two suspended cranes with a load capacity of Q=5t in axes 1-4. Four exits to the outside are designed, which facilitates the evacuation of people in times of danger. The floor mark of the first floor is +0.000m, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 94.650. The mark of the land around the house is -0.150 m, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 94,500. Foundations. Monolithic reinforced concrete cup-type foundations are designed under the columns. The height of the foundations is 2.25 m. The mark of the bottom of the sole of the foundations under the main reinforced concrete columns is: -2,400 m. Columns. Designed reinforced concrete columns of the KK132 type with a rectangular cross-section of 500x800mm and a length of 15200mm. And columns of the K84 type with a cross section of 500x500 and a length of 9600 mm. Cover plates. Designed prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs of type 1PG12 with a width of 2980 mm and a length of 11960 mm (in axes 5-17 and A-P), as well as prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs of type 1PG6 with a width of 2980 mm and a length of 5978 mm (in axes 1-4 and A -P). Rafter farms. Along axes 5-17, between axes 1-4, prefabricated reinforced concrete trusses of the FBM24 type with a length of 23900 mm and a height of 3.3 m with a step of 12.0 m are placed. Reinforced concrete trusses of the FT18 type with a length of 17,960 mm and a height of 2,695 m are designed along the A-P axes between axes 1-4 with a step of 6.0 m. Floor. The floor of the first floor of the plant’s production workshop is made of the following components: • Asphalt concrete 25 mm; • Concrete base - 150 mm; • Tamped soil - 250 mm; The walls The external wall enclosure is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels with a thickness of 300 mm. Partitions are designed from foam concrete with a thickness of 100 mm. Ceramic tiles on waterproof plasterboard are used in the bathrooms. Roofing. The roof structure is made of the following components: • Euroruberoid - 20 mm; • Cement screed – 40 mm; • Mineral wool plates - 100 mm; • Vapor insulation - 2 mm; • Precast concrete slab - 250 mm. Windows, doors, gates. Designed metal-plastic windows measuring 4.5x3.6m and 4.5x5.4m. The accepted metal gates are 6.0x3.7m in size, and the outer doors are metal-plastic double-leaf doors in the size of 1.8x2.2m. In the designed workshop, where employees will stay for a long time, natural lighting is provided through windows and aeration lanterns. In the dark, artificial lighting with lighting devices using energy-saving lighting elements is provided. The construction site is fenced around the perimeter. The master plan envisages temporary roads with a width of 6.0 m, the radius of which is 15.0 m. Roads are expected to be widened in places where vehicles are unloaded. A gate and a barrier are designed for exiting and entering the budgenplan. Temporary buildings are designed in the master plan: sanitary and household premises, temporary warehouses. Provision is made for the arrangement of temporary premises, temporary lighting lines, water supply, temporary power grids, and sewerage. Danger zones of the crane are marked with signs. The master’s qualification work consists of 11 working drawings in A1 format, among which four sheets refer to the architectural and construction section (general plan, facades, plans, sections, nodes), four sheets are the calculated construction section, in which four structures are calculated (under-crane beam, column , foundations, truss), three more sheets - the technological and organizational section, which includes: a budget plan, a technological map for concreting the foundations and a calendar plan for the execution of all major works at the facility.
