Анотація: The relevance of the administration of personnel management methods is largely due to the fact that the effective management of human resources is a key factor in the success of any organization. Well-developed personnel management methods contribute to increasing the motivation and productivity of employees. This allows organizations to achieve their goals more efficiently. Personnel management includes compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements. This helps avoid legal problems and ensures that workers’ rights are respected. Effective personnel management contributes to the creation of a positive corporate culture, which increases the morale of employees and their involvement in work. Proper management of human resources helps to optimize personnel costs, including reducing the cost of recruitment, training and retention of employees. The administration of personnel management methods is the basis for the development and maintenance of these aspects in any organization, which ensures its long-term success and sustainable development. The structure of the master’s thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, directions for improving the administration of personnel management methods are considered. Considered scientific developments and achievements on the topic. The second chapter analyzes the production and economic activity of "SWISS KRONO" LLC, the peculiarities of the administration system at the enterprise in general and the administration of personnel management methods in particular. In the third chapter, the main types of activities of LLC "SWISS KRONO" were investigated, the object of research, its production and economic activity and profitability indicators were analyzed. The administration of enterprise personnel management methods is characterized and analyzed. In the fourth chapter, a comprehensive measure of administration of enterprise personnel management methods is developed and detailed. In particular, the implementation of the BASIC Ph model, which helps individuals use their strengths to overcome stress and maintain psychological well-being, is proposed to increase net profit by 1.3% by improving the administration of personnel management methods. The purpose of this master’s thesis is the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations for improving the administration of personnel management methods in "SWISS KRONO" LLC. The subject of research of this master’s thesis is the process of administration of personnel management methods. The object of the study is "SWISS KRONO" LLC, the main activity of which is the production of plywood, wooden boards and panels, and veneer. The review and analysis of literary sources contributed to the identification of the main components of the administration of personnel management methods that are most relevant to the requirements of the time. Because of the war, personnel management of enterprises should be based on the principles of absolute humanism, respect for life and social justice, with emphasis on the socio-psychological condition of employees. The assessment of the legislative framework contributed to the identification of the main regulatory legal acts that personnel management managers are guided by in order to administer their management, namely: the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Population Employment", the Law of Ukraine "On Labor Payment", the Law of Ukraine "On collective agreements on working conditions", Law of Ukraine "On pension provision", Law of Ukraine "On labor protection". It is expected that in the future the legislation of Ukraine on the administration of personnel management methods will continue to develop and adapt to the changing needs of the labor market. Of the proposed areas of administration of personnel management methods, "SWISS KRONO" LLC practices and implements to a greater or lesser extent all of them. However, in the conditions of martial law, the mental health of workers becomes extremely important. As mentioned, LLC "SWISS KRONO" is one of the companies of the SWISS KRONO group, as a result, the personnel management policy is mostly focused on employee motivation and support. Since most of the companies of the group are concentrated in developed countries such as Germany, Hungary, Poland, whose employees live in a stable society, the need for psychological help for employees is not a priority, and the personnel management policy was not oriented to this, the same applies to employee adaptation to special working conditions. In Ukraine, the situation is different, caused by the war, which creates stress and negative emotions in the population and, as a result, negatively affects employees, their productivity, psychological stability, etc. Considering this situation, it is advisable to adopt foreign experience in the administration of personnel management methods under martial law. For example, Israel is a country that is also in a state of war, and scientists and HR managers are also working to ensure comfortable and safe working conditions. The analysis of developments in this direction made it possible to single out the model developed by Professor Muli Lahad from Israel - BASIC Ph. This model provides a variety of tools that can be customized to specific needs, making it an effective method of managing stress among staff. The overall goal of the model is to create a favorable environment that helps employees effectively manage stress and maintain their psychological well-being. The implementation of the BASIC Ph model will help reduce stress levels and increase productivity, which will ensure effective management of stress among staff, as well as reducing time loss and increasing employee productivity, which will lead to an overall increase in enterprise efficiency. Increasing employee satisfaction has a positive effect on the social component of the company’s activities due to a favorable socio-psychological climate, as well as on the economic component, increasing profitability. Employees who feel supported and can successfully manage their stress tend to be more satisfied with their jobs. This can help reduce staff turnover and preserve skills and experience in the enterprise. Improving the employer’s reputation as one that cares about its employees. Businesses that focus on the well-being and well-being of their employees generally enjoy a better reputation with potential job candidates and consumers. This is only part of the benefits for "SWISS KRONO" LLC from the implementation of this model. This measure will help to increase the productivity of employees, reduce the costs of medical services and hospital stays, increase the concentration of employees at the workplace and, as a result, more carefully perform their functional duties.
