Анотація: The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical foundations and applied aspects of administering postal and courier activities in the context of economic globalization. Based on the review of academic literature [1–4], it has been determined that effective administration in logistics companies relies on the synergy of digital technologies, organizational flexibility, standardization of operational processes, and strategic planning. Particular attention is given to the role of digitalization in building modern logistics systems functioning on an international level. The results of the analytical section demonstrate the stable growth of Nova Poshta LLC’s production and economic indicators during 2020–2024, including revenue, shipment volumes, number of branches, and assets [5]. The company shows positive development dynamics even under conditions of economic turbulence, actively implementing process automation, mobile services, CRM and ERP systems, and expanding its international network [6]. The company’s financial stability has been evaluated based on liquidity, financial resilience, profitability, and turnover ratios, all of which confirm its competitiveness in the market [7]. The object of the study is the process of administering the activities of postal and logistics companies, while the subject is the scientific and methodological approaches to improving administrative management under conditions of international operations. The goal is to develop an effective administration model aimed at strengthening the company’s position within the European logistics space. During the research, the following was carried out: – analysis of theoretical approaches to the administration of logistics structures; – characterization of the production and financial state of Nova Poshta LLC; – analysis of the dynamics of key financial performance indicators; – identification of strengths and risk zones in the company’s administrative model; – development of recommendations for the digital transformation of logistics services; – substantiation of international development directions, particularly in EU countries. The research results can be applied by postal and logistics enterprises to enhance management decision-making, improve operational activities, and expand international presence. The practical value lies in the adaptability of the proposed administration model to the conditions of transnational competition.
