Abstract: Bublyk S. I. Substantiation of the stock of tires in the ATP on the basis of statistical data of their resource // Master-qualification work. – NU «Lviv Polytechnic», department «Operation and repair automotive vehicles». – Lviv, 2020. The general requirements for the operation of car tires are given. On the basis of normative documents the rationing of automobile tires is considered. Peculiarities of adjustment of operational norms of average resource of pneumatic tires of automobile vehicles are covered. The order of writing off, and also the account of run of pneumatic tires of cars is resulted. The basic principles of planning the operation of car tires are considered. The main causes of tire wear are highlighted. The modern methodology for determining the residual life of car tires is presented. Modern principles of improving the management of bus tires are considered. A study of statistical indicators of bus tire life on the basis of data from the bus company. The statistical sample of tire mileage is based on data from 36 buses of the Etalon A-079 model and the corresponding mileage before the replacement of 216 tires. It is determined that according to this statistical sample, the average mileage of bus tires is 73.5 thousand km. Based on the definition of the distribution law of the studied statistical sample in terms of tire mileage, it was established that the bus mileage of buses corresponds to the normal distribution law. This is confirmed on the basis of the harmonization of theoretical and experimental laws of tire mileage distribution. The standard tire mileage for this model of buses, which is 70.6 thousand km, is calculated. Comparing the calculated data (70.6 thousand km) with the statistics of the actual mileage of tires in the ATP (73.5 thousand km.), It was found that the actual resource of tires exceeds the norm by almost 3.0 thousand km. In order to plan the annual production program of ATP, based on the theory of queuing, the calculation of the annual stock of tires, which is not more than two sets (12 pcs.) For 36 buses. The calculation was made on the basis of the absence of downtime of buses in anticipation of the purchase of a set of tires and the beginning of their replacement. Based on the calculation, it was found that to maintain the proper mobility of 36 small class buses, it is sufficient to have two sets of tires (12 pcs.) In stock. However, this does not take into account such a negative factor as accidental destruction of the tire, such as punctures and significant damage to the tread due to unsatisfactory condition of the road surface.
