Abstract: In today’s market conditions to ensure the competitiveness of any organization, improve business image, capture new markets and increase cash flow is possible only by creating the necessary conditions for further development through the creation, implementation and dissemination of technical, technological and organizational innovations. The need for innovation, the ability to innovate acts as a legitimate demand of the time. Organizations achieve competitive advantage through innovation, which includes: new technologies, new ways of marketing, production or delivery and improvement of relevant services; new customer needs; the emergence of a new segment of the industry; changes in production costs or the emergence of new components; a change in government regulatory parameters, such as new standards, with more stringent environmental requirements for new industries. Innovative activity is the process of modernization of production and product, as well as the creation of a new product or process implemented in economic turnover using research, development, experimental or other scientific and technical achievements. In any developed company, innovation is carried out by managers of senior management, but you can select a whole department, which reports only to him. The direct link between innovation policy and management organization is considered to be innovation management and related disciplines. Study object. The object of the study is KNP ENT "Lviv Regional State Clinical Medical and Diagnostic Endocrinology Center". Scope of research. The subject of research is the mechanisms of planning the innovative activity of the enterprise. Goal of research. The purpose of this project is to develop the administrative department of innovation at the ENT "Lviv Regional State Clinical Medical and Diagnostic Endocrinology Center". The tasks to achieve the goal are: • study and summarize various material on this topic; • consider state regulation of innovation in Ukraine; • analyze the internal conditions of innovation; • to form a system of innovation planning at the enterprise; • justify the effectiveness of the innovation program. Based on this, prove to management the goals of modernization of the entire system of innovation in the enterprise. Innovative activity is the practical use of innovation and scientific and intellectual potential in mass production in order to obtain a new product that meets consumer demand for competitive products and services. Innovation is the result of innovation. Innovative activities are aimed at using and commercializing the results of research and development to expand and update the range and quality of products (goods and services), improve the technology of their manufacture, and then the introduction and effective use in domestic and foreign markets. The general purpose of innovative activity of any organization - survival and development of the company by release of new or improved old products and improvement of methods of production, supply and sale. The goals of innovation in terms of organizing their internal needs - to increase production efficiency by updating the entire production system, to increase competitive advantage based on scientific and technical, scientific, intellectual and economic potential. Innovative activity focuses on the results of research and experimental development to make a profit by expanding and updating the range of products (goods and services) and improve its quality, improve their production technologies and production organization.
