Abstract: Gunyavoy V. V., Peretyatko B. M. (head). Improving the level of fire safety of PJSC "Vinnytsia meat", Vinnytsia, Vinnytsia region. - National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Lviv, 2020. Extended abstract. The development of the food industry is associated with the concentration of production, the creation of large warehouse complexes, the concentration of finished products, raw materials, auxiliary materials, often explosive and Fire-Hazardous. One of these enterprises in Vinnytsia is PJSC "Vinnytsia meat", where the production and storage of food industry products is carried out. The product range is about 17 types. The company supplies its products not only to the city of Vinnytsia, but also to many other regions of Ukraine. The company employs more than 150 people and works in two shifts. The enterprise is impossible without the use of refrigeration units, so such a dangerous substance as ammonia is used in the technological process. The plant belongs to enterprises with the first degree of danger. In this regard, of particular importance is the Prevention of fires and explosions at enterprises of this type, their equipment with the latest fire extinguishing equipment, training and advanced training of employees, familiarization with fire safety rules and actions in case of an emergency. Fires at such hazardous facilities are usually accompanied by explosions and environmental pollution with toxic chemical substances. This fact makes it necessary to develop measures to ensure safety at chemically hazardous facilities and protect the population in case of possible accidents. The introduction was made quite competently, according to the requirements. The first chapter describes the relevance of the topic and reviews the literature of this master’s qualification work. The second section covers the architectural solutions of the object. In the third chapter, the possible situation in the event of a fire is predicted. In the fourth chapter, a fire extinguishing plan was developed at PJSC "Vinnytsia meat". The fifth chapter describes the rules of labor safety in case of emergency response at PJSC "Vinnytsia meat". The sixth chapter describes the economics of fire safety. The seventh section describes the requirements of environmental safety at the facility. Object of research: container warehouse and other premises of PJSC "Vinnytsia meat". Subject of research: spatial planning and engineering solutions for the composition of containers and materials located at the enterprise. The purpose of the study: – forecasting the possible situation in the event of a fire in the container warehouse of PJSC "Vinnytsia meat". To achieve this goal, you need to solve the following tasks:: 1.analysis of the processes of development and extinguishing fires in the premises of the container warehouse. 2.conducting an expert examination of structural and spatial planning solutions of the building. 3.conducting a feasibility study of options for extinguishing characteristic fires. 4.development and preparation of recommendations to officials of the fire and Rescue Service of the state emergency service on the organization of fire extinguishing. In this master’s qualification work, we substantiated the relevance of the topic, analyzed data on the operational actions of the state emergency service units. As a result of considering the fire hazard of the warehouse, the conditions for the formation of a combustible and explosion-fire-hazardous environment and the formation of ignition sources were studied. The fire alarm system that we offered at this enterprise is described. After analyzing the current situation at the fire, a model of the fire as part of the storage of finished products was compiled and the tactical plan was justified. ITRs are proposed for Fire Protection of buildings, premises and technological processes. The calculation of PPE was carried out, as well as a fire extinguishing plan was drawn up. The fire extinguishing plan, which was developed by the state emergency service of Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region, will ensure the organization of fire extinguishing and the actions of employees of the enterprise in case of its occurrence as part of the container of PJSC "Vinnytsia meat processing plant". Fire Protection of the industrial building building generally meets the requirements of regulatory documents. Having predicted the situation at the facility it was carried out: - calculation of Fire development in meat processing plant containers; - calculation of the required amount of forces and means to extinguish a fire; - a fire extinguishing plan has been drawn up. Operational actions of the state emergency service units to extinguish a fire as part of the meat processing plant’s containers should be carried out taking into account the current situation, instructions of the fire extinguishing plan and recommendations at this facility. Keywords: fire extinguishing, fire, fire extinguishing, fire safety, fire extinguishing manager, exploration, fire localization, fire elimination. References. 1.
