Abstract: Zhuravets M. V., Peretyatko B. M. (head). Forecasting the situation and improving operational and tactical actions of the State Emergency Service units to eliminate the consequences of an emergency at Lvovchem OJSC in the village of Kulikov, Zhovkovsky district. - National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Lviv, 2020. Extended abstract. For continuous monitoring of the state of radiation and chemical situation in Ukraine, national and territorial monitoring and laboratory control networks have been created, which in turn collect, process and transmit information about the state of the environment, contamination of food, food raw materials, feed, water with radioactive, chemicals and infectious microorganisms. To prevent the occurrence, pre-prepared measures are taken: the creation of shelters at enterprises, engineering protection of territories is carried out, as well as medical, biological, environmental and chemical protection is carried out. Chemical protection includes identification of the source of chemical contamination and its assessment, organization and implementation of chemical control, development and implementation of standard chemical protection regimes, provision of chemical protection equipment, organization and conduct of special and sanitary treatment. In Ukraine, there are about 15,000 potentially dangerous objects and more than 4,5,000 objects with increased danger. About 16 million people live in areas of possible damage from them. people. Most of them are managed by the Ministry of industrial policy - out of 399 such enterprises, 91 are identified as chemically hazardous. They lack local emergency threat detection systems and local warning systems for people living in areas of probable damage. Half of these enterprises do not have material reserves to prevent emergencies and eliminate their consequences, and commissions on technogenic and environmental safety and emergency situations have not been established. The most dangerous enterprises are those that use ammonia, chlorine, and hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. The introduction was made quite competently, according to the requirements. The first chapter describes the relevance of the topic and reviews the literature of this master’s qualification work. The second section covers the architectural solutions of the object. In the third chapter, forecasting of the possible situation in the event of an emergency is carried out. In the fourth chapter, the calculation of forces and means is carried out. In the fifth chapter, an action plan was developed for the management bodies and forces of the state emergency service at the facility in the event of an emergency with the release of acids. In the sixth chapter, a fire extinguishing plan has been developed. In the seventh section, the economics of fire safety are calculated. The eighth chapter describes the safety rules. The ninth section describes the requirements of environmental safety at the facility. Object of research: tanks for storing acids and caustic soda, as well as flammable flammable liquids located in the tanks. Subject of research: spatial planning and engineering solutions of Tanks for storing acids and caustic soda, as well as combustible flammable liquids located at the enterprise. The purpose of the study: – improving the level of fire safety of JSC Lvovchem, as well as searching for and implementing new technical means of fire control that can detect at an early stage of fire. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated and solved:: - analyze the chemical hazard of this object; - analyze the object’s security status; - make a forecast of a possible emergency situation; - develop recommendations for the elimination of accidents at Khno. 1.in this master’s thesis, the chemical hazard at JSC Lvovchem was considered. 2.the general characteristics of the object were studied, the analysis of fire and explosion and chemical hazards of specific substances stored at the object was carried out, and the calculation of forces and Means for a possible emergency situation was made. 3.according to the identified shortcomings, and calculations made, to ensure the safety of the population and working personnel of the enterprise in the event of an accident with the release (outpouring) of hydrochloric acid at JSC Lvovchem, it is proposed to install boning to reduce the area of the spill, thereby reducing the amount of HNR that will enter the atmosphere. 4.the calculation of the required amount of forces and means to extinguish the fire was carried out. 5. the depth of spread of polluted air when spilling 13.4 tons of hydrochloric acid is 8.9 km. The width of the predicted chemical contamination zone is 1.11 km. The area of the zone of possible chemical contamination is 248.7 km2. The area of the predicted chemical contamination zone is 8.7 km2. The evaporation time of spilled NHR is 1.9 hours. Water consumption for NHR vapor deposition is 10.26 L/s. The number of spray barrels required for NHR vapor deposition is 3 barrels. N fire trucks of the main purpose 1. The required water reserve for NHR vapor deposition is 1,108 M3. Keywords: fire extinguishing, fire, fire extinguishing, fire safety, fire extinguishing manager, exploration, fire localization, fire elimination. References. 1.
