The rapid development of technologies in the world forces enterprises to implement digitization in their activities. With the help of digitization tools such as: various software products, CRM systems, automated production management systems, electronic document management, the organization will be able to improve its production and economic activities, reduce production costs and increase profits [1-3]. It is worth noting that the implementation of digitization at the enterprise can be expensive and difficult [4]. Because it involves the analysis of business processes and the identification of the most demanded processes in which it is worth involving the digitalization toolkit. Therefore, the introduction of digital technologies at the enterprise will help to improve the quality of products, which in turn will increase its competitiveness both on Ukrainian and foreign markets [5]. The object of the research is "Legacy Service" LLC, located at the legal address in the city of Lviv, str. Semicircle 14. The main activity is the development and production of switching equipment. In the field of foreign economic activity, the company exports. The subject of the study is research and development of tools for digitalization of management processes of Legacy Service LLC in the context of the development of new foreign sales markets The purpose of the work is research and development of tools for digitalization of management processes of Legacy Service LLC in the context of developing new foreign sales markets The main tasks of this work are the review of literary sources and the legal framework for the research problem and the development of tools for the digitalization of the management processes of "Legacy Service" LLC in the context of the development of new foreign sales markets; characteristics of the management system of "Legacy Service" LLC; diagnosis of production and economic activity of "Legacy Service" LLC; analysis of foreign economic activity of "Legacy Service" LLC; analysis of the research problem and development of tools for digitalization of management processes of Legacy Service LLC in terms of development of new foreign sales markets; analysis of influencing factors on the research problem and development of tools for digitalization of management processes of "Legacy Service" LLC under the conditions of development of new foreign sales markets; identification of problems in the development of tools for the digitization of management processes of Legacy Service LLC in the context of the development of new foreign sales markets; substantiation and economic evaluation of a comprehensive measure to improve the toolset of digitalization of management processes of Legacy Service LLC in the context of the development of new foreign sales markets. In the process of carrying out research on the development of digitalization tools at the enterprise, two problems were identified that prevent "Legacy Service" LLC from mastering new foreign product sales markets. The first problem is the increase in the share of defective products, which leads to reputational losses and a decrease in the company’s competitive advantages. To solve this problem, it is recommended to develop methodical approaches to the introduction of QR codes for product quality control as a toolkit for digitizing management processes in the context of developing new foreign sales markets. The second problem is the lack of an internationalized website, which makes it difficult for potential foreign partners to find information about the company and its products. In order to solve it, it is recommended to implement digitization tools by localizing the website and popularizing the company in social networks in the conditions of entering new markets in Germany and the Czech Republic. 53,492.88 UAH will be needed for the implementation of the complex measure, the funds for which will be allocated by "Legacy Service" LLC from the profit of the organization. The expected effect of the implementation of the project measure is an increase in the level of profitability of manufactured products by 2.5% compared to 2022.
