The problem of the imperfect formation of the evaluation methodology of the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC [1, 2, 3, 4] consists in a detailed study of the processes of its implementation, development, and improvement. The relevance of the topic chosen by us is demonstrated by the fact that under the modern highly dynamic conditions of the external environment, its level of uncertainty, the ability to actively develop innovation, in particular, the foreign economic activity of domestic enterprises and organizations, comes to the fore [5, 6, 7, 8]. Improper application of existing potentials for innovative development of foreign economic activity of domestic enterprises is also a problem [1, 8, 9, 10]. The object of the study is ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC, the methodology for evaluating the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC. The subject of the study is the processes of forming the methodology for evaluating the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC. The purpose of the study is to study and improve the methodology for evaluating the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC. The master’s qualification work reveals the problems of formation, improvement of the evaluation methodology of the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC. The work consists of four main sections: theoretical, analytical, research, and recommendation. In the first chapter, the literary sources, the regulatory and legal framework for the problem of the formation of the methodology for evaluating the innovative development of the foreign economic activity of enterprises are reviewed. The concept of "innovative development" is derived from the concept of "innovation", that is, it is determined by its essence, content and results of innovative activity [1, 2, 3, 8, 10]. Innovativeness, innovative development of the enterprise’s foreign economic activity should be the object of management, including evaluation. Evaluation and monitoring of innovativeness is an urgent practical task for each carrier of innovativeness, as it is the basis for making adequate management decisions and a necessary prerequisite for ensuring a high level of innovativeness [2, 3, 4, 6]. In the second chapter, a description of the activities of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC was carried out. The characteristics of the management system of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC are given. Diagnostics of production and economic activity, foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC was made. The work analyzed the methodology of evaluating the innovative development of the foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC. Tendencies and trends of development on the problem of forming a methodology for evaluating the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC are presented in the third section. An analysis of influencing factors on the evaluation methodology of the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC was carried out. The factors of the internal and external environment are detailed. Management of the potential of innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC should primarily be aimed at ensuring the required level of sustainability, competitiveness, and efficiency of this activity. It can be argued that the active strategy of managing the potential of innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC is aimed at obtaining advantages by the enterprise in a competitive environment, maintaining them, because it allows, firstly, to model its development in two main time dimensions - the present and the future; secondly, to quickly respond to external and internal changes by implementing into the activities of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC the relevant innovative and technological solutions, the intensity of innovative activity, qualitative and quantitative changes in the components of activity and components of the enterprise’s potential, etc. Let’s single out the most relevant problems, which, as the conducted research showed, are faced in the formation of the methodology for evaluating the innovative development of the foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC: 1. Absence of a single comprehensive methodology for evaluating the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC. 2. The use of ineffective tools in the process of evaluating the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC. The following measures can serve as a potential solution to these problems: 1. Development of a methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC. 2. Formation of a comprehensive system for evaluating the innovative development of foreign economic activity of ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC using the tools of the standard program. The implementation of the recommended measures will contribute to the improvement of the evaluation methodology of the innovative development of the foreign economic activity of ENERGOMONTAZHVENTILYATSIA LLC. The introduction of a comprehensive measure in 2023 at ENERHOMONTAZHVENTYLIATSIIA, LLC will contribute to the reduction of costs (full cost) compared to 2022 and the achievement of a strategic indicator - the profitability of manufactured products + 2.2% from the value for 2022.
