Abstract: The master’s qualification thesis is devoted to the development of a project for a hydrotreatment plant for gasoline obtained from Klinsko-Razbyshiv oil. Today, a significant shortage of light fractional oil has led to the need to use heavy and synthetic oil, high-sulfur oil with a high content of sulfur-, nitrogen-containing compounds, and heavy metals in the processing technology. This approach requires the latest changes in the composition of modern refineries specifically for the processing of the above-mentioned oils.In addition, the processing of such oils contributes to the accumulation of heavy oil residues, which requires the involvement of the latest methods of their use or disposal, which will contribute to increasing the depth of processing of heavy oils. From analytical sources, there is information that there is a consumption of automobile gasoline with a content of sulfur-containing compounds up to 50 ppm, which is classified as ultra-low-sulfur, practically sulfur-free diesel fuel. Many countries of the European Union and the United States are trying to permanently introduce such fuels, which is supported by many countries of the world. For example, in our country even before the start of the war, the Lysychansk Refinery produced diesel fuel with a content of sulfur compounds less than 50 ppm. In addition, it was planned to produce automobile gasoline of various brands with a sulfur content of less than 50 ppm. At present, solving this problem is impossible without constant improvement of hydrogenation processes aimed at the constant reduction of sulfur-containing, unsaturated, nitrogen- and oxygen-containing compounds, polycyclic hydrocarbons in fuels to significantly reduce environmental pollution by emissions of oxides of the compounds listed above.Cleaning of petroleum fuels from these harmful compounds occurs only in a hydrogen atmosphere in the presence of a highly active catalyst. The master’s thesis consists of an introduction and three sections. In the first section, "Technical and economic feasibility study, the choice of the technological scheme of the process is substantiated, the connection of the gasoline hydrotreatment plant to the existing engineering existing networks and communications of the current production is carried out. In the second chapter of the master’s qualification work, the technological calculation of the main equipment of the gasoline fraction hydrotreatment plant was carried out: reactor, furnace, heat exchangers, reboilers, tanks, separators, refrigerators, rectification column; the selection of equipment was made according to the reference literature. In the third section, the economic part, the calculation of the production program, the number of personnel, the calculation of the wage fund, and the calculation of capital costs for the gasoline hydrotreatment plant were carried out. The cost calculation of the main product of the installation - hydro-refined gasoline - was carried out. Key words: hydrotreating, gasoline, catalyst, reactor, separator, furnace.
