Master’s thesis. - National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Lviv, 2023 Under today’s extremely dynamic conditions of fierce competition, the successful functioning and development of enterprises largely depends on the quality, reliability, speed, and efficiency of their material and technical support. Transformation of industrial relations, changes in organizational and legal forms and the nature of relationships between economic entities in the economic system are the main determinants of the process of material and technical support of enterprises. In the master’s qualification work, the object of research is FLEXORES LLC, the subject of the research is administrative activity and material and technical support, the purpose of the work is research and the development of effective recommendations for improving the administration of human resources development of FLEXORES LLC. The master’s thesis has four structural sections. In the first section of the work, the theoretical principles of the administration of material and technical support of the enterprise are considered. In particular, the theoretical and methodological principles of the administration of material and technical support of the enterprise are highlighted; the legislative support for the administration of material and technical support of the enterprise is considered. First of all, we note that the material and technical support of the enterprise is a set of measures for the management of material flows, the purpose of which is to obtain a sufficient amount of resources at the required time and of the appropriate quality Arefieva, Vovk and Posypaik (2020). The main stages of material and technical support of the enterprise include planning, supply, storage and distribution of material resources Lozovskyi and Batysheva (2014). The logistics process itself includes the supply of raw materials, basic and auxiliary materials, and fuel. The most common is the interpretation of the material and technical base as a set of fixed and current assets of the enterprise Bortnik (2014). If we talk about administration, then its main constituent elements are: record keeping, documentation, information support and formalization of management decisions (Borodina, 2015). The second part of the work provides for the analysis of the administration of material and technical support of FLEXORES LLC. For this purpose, we presented the characteristics of FLEXORES LLC, performed an analysis of the administration of FLEXORES LLC’s activities and the administration of material and technical support of FLEXORES LLC. In the third chapter of the master’s qualification work, the results of the study of the administration of material and technical support of FLEXORES LLC are presented. For this purpose, the research of trends in the development of the results of the production and economic activity of FLEXORES LLC, as well as trends in the implementation of administrative activities and material and technical support of FLEXORES LLC, was carried out. The fourth section of the master’s thesis contains recommendations on the administration of material and technical support of FLEXORES LLC. In particular, it provides directions for finding measures to solve the problems of administrative activity and material and technical support of FLEXORES LLC. In particular, we propose the development of a procedure and the implementation of a program of preventive response to the resource needs of FLEXORES LLC, strengthening the balance of interrelationships between the stages of material and technical support of individual business processes of the enterprise in the conditions of production and economic activity. Preventive response (preventive management) is a management system aimed at preventing or preventing the occurrence of an unfavorable (emergency or crisis) state of FLEXORES LLC. The main tasks of preventive management are to identify and eliminate the causes of probable crisis situations of FLEXORES LLC, in our case - problems/failures in the enterprise’s resource provision. First of all, we would like to note that the proposed project measure consists of two parts and is complex. Development of the procedure and implementation of the program of preventive response to the resource needs of FLEXORES LLP involves ensuring an anticipatory response to the future needs of the enterprise in order to reduce the probability of a lack of resources at a certain stage of the production cycle. Preventive response is a kind of strategy that can be implemented by LLC "FLEXORES" in order to abandon the reactive strategy and purposefully ensure the actual increase in the reliability of its own assets. Since the best service programs always involve a combination of different methods, the implementation of a strategy of preventive response to resource needs is a very important step towards the implementation of an ideal strategy for the projected development of the enterprise. Implementation of the project measure will allow to increase the total profit of FLEXORES LLC by 19.63 thousand UAH or by 9.37% (up to 229.13 thousand UAH), net profit - by 16.1 thousand UAH. or by 9.37% (up to UAH 189.89 thousand), the total cost of goods sold will decrease by 0.11% or by UAH 16.1 thousand. (up to UAH 14,274.9 thousand), the assets of FLEXORES LLC will increase by 0.19% or by UAH 16.10 thousand. (up to UAH 8,578.3 thousand), equity - by UAH 16.10 thousand. or by 1.02% (up to UAH 1,591.7 thousand), the company’s accounts payable will not change. The values of relative indicators of the enterprise’s activity will also change. In particular, the return on assets will increase by 0.18%, the return on equity - by 0.9%, the return on manufactured products - by 0.22%, and the return on capital of sold products will decrease by 0.31%.
