Master`s thesis. –Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2023. Extended abstract Project management has two main goals. First, to determine the most appropriate project objectives, usually expressed in terms of time, cost and quality, with due consideration of the intended purpose of the project, its client and its environment. Second, project management must create an organizational structure that allows the project to be managed according to agreed goals for its technology, participants, and the environment in which it takes place. This should ensure the integration of a large number of participants, who should be aware that achieving the main goals of the project is their common goal. Project management approaches based on best practices from the defense/aerospace, construction, and pharmaceutical industries in the early 1970s have proven effective for managing a small number of large projects in the relatively stable political, economic, and technological context of the post-World War II period. However, the detailed centralized planning, decentralized execution and centralized control of large projects that are the basis of these Industry 1.0 methods and tools have proven burdensome and unsuitable for the new generation of workers. The purpose of the master’s qualification thesis is research and development of approaches to the management of innovative projects of Technica dlia business Ltd. The subject of the study is the development of approaches to the management of innovative projects of Technica dlia business Ltd. The object of the study is Technica dlia business Ltd. Technica dlia business Ltd has been working on the IT services market for more than 20 years. The company was founded in 1997, it started the activity of Technica dlia business Ltd with the sale of office and computer equipment. In the course of its development, Technica dlia business Ltd opened the direction of system integration in Western Ukraine, which is now a priority area of enterprise activity. Today, Technica dlia business Ltd is the implementation of complex IT projects, certified production of PCs and own distribution of computer, digital and office equipment of leading manufacturers. Technica dlia business Ltd also provides auditing and consulting, design and implementation, and service services. The key to the successful development of Technica dlia business Ltd is the high professional level and experience of the employees. The master’s thesis consists of four sections. In the first chapter, literary sources and legal acts on the problem of development of approaches to management of innovative projects are studied. The second section is devoted to the analysis of Technica dlia business Ltd in the current period of time. In the first period of 2023, the net total income of the enterprise increased by 18% (104,802.57 thousand UAH), but the cost of production increased by 3,578.97 thousand UAH. (24%). Thus, the profitability of production decreased by 3.97%. For the rest of the indicators, we observe growth in the current period. The negative trend is an increase in accounts payable by 9% (62,637.75 thousand UAH). In the research part. In the research part, the activities of Technica dlia business Ltd in the range of 2019-2022 were studied. During the researched period, the company increased its business activity and increased the scope of its activities. This was reflected in the indicators of his activity. As you can see, the company’s income and profit grew in 2019-2021 by 70% on average, and 80% profit, but in 2022, due to the war in Ukraine, the number of projects decreased and the indicators also worsened. the dynamics of changes in the main indicators of financial and production and economic activity and the strategic indicator of Technica dlia business Ltd were analyzed. The problems of the development of approaches to the management of innovative projects of Technica dlia business Ltd are as follows: 1. Significant use of classical management tools, leveling of the latest flexible practices of management of innovative projects of Technica dlia business Ltd. 2. Decrease in project management effectiveness of Technika dlya biznes LLP as a result of limited use of modern information, communication and digital technologies. 3. Insufficient level of use of strategic management tools, which are a key factor in the success of innovative projects of Technica dlia business Ltd. Unreasonable use of approaches to the management of innovative projects of Technica dlia business Ltd, which does not correspond to their technological features. In the recommendation part, development of an event for the development of the Scrum method in the management of software development projects of Technica dlia business Ltd was carried out. Scrum was developed by Jeff Sutherland in 1993, and it provides a statistical development and management methodology that follows the principles of the Agile methodology. Scrum is an additional adaptive software development framework for software projects and product management or application development of Technica dlia business Ltd. The focus is on “strategic, flexible, holistic product development, where the development team works as a single goal to achieve common goals to choose from "traditional approaches, campaigns" (Qin, 2010; Martin, 2003; Falls, 2004). A distinctive feature of any flexible Agile methodology is the division of the work process into standard limited time intervals (sprints), as well as the division of the implemented product into a set of separate tasks. This approach allows you to iteratively approach the implementation of useful functionality (increment), significantly mitigating risks in the rapidly changing market environment. Recommendations for the development of the Scrum method in the management of software development projects of Technica dlia business Ltd. can be implemented into the practice of innovative activity of the enterprise.
