Abstract: In a rapidly evolving world moving towards digital transformation, electronic document circulation is gaining even greater significance. From government institutions to private enterprises, the implementation of electronic documentation becomes a key aspect of optimizing workflow processes. The shift to a digital format not only facilitates access to information but also accelerates interaction between parties in agreements, ensuring instant data exchange even over long distances. Electronic document circulation has become an essential element in all organizations of modern society. Directly influencing various sectors, from government institutions and IT companies to regular stores, electronic documentation is recognized as a crucial element in work processes. Relationships that were previously recorded on paper are now actively transitioning to electronic formats. People gain the ability to access any document at any time from anywhere in the world. This accessibility leads to a continuous increase in demand for services that guarantee efficient functioning, creation, and maintenance of electronic documentation. This transformation also challenges the traditional perception of workflow processes where documents physically move. Instead, organizations increasingly prefer electronic systems that provide automated document circulation and simplify their management. Such systems become a necessary element for achieving efficiency and competitiveness in the digital era. Simplifying these processes ensures effective business management. It is essential to note that all concluded contracts must comply with current national legislation and the policies of specific institutions [1]. Compliance with all document requirements is absolutely critical, as even the slightest discrepancy can render a document invalid. Employees of financial institutions, companies, auditing agencies, and other sectors spend significant time ensuring that all documentation is correctly composed. A workday dedicated to details can be excessively draining [2]. Additionally, constant focus on details can lead to fatigue, contributing to error omission. As a result, there is an increasing demand for systems that streamline document processing. One effective approach is the use of template-based systems. Systems based on templates allow the automation of the document creation process, serving as a reliable tool for saving time and resources. In these cases, the system utilizes ready-made document templates that are automatically filled with individual data [3]. This significantly saves time and effort for employees and ensures the legality of the document. However, along with the convenience of electronic document circulation comes the responsibility to comply with legislative requirements and internal policies. The real challenge lies in ensuring the legality and conformity of each created document with current norms. There is a significant number of systems for document creation and management in the market, varying in functionality and suitability for different organizational needs. Many of these systems undoubtedly contribute significantly to easing workflow processes and optimizing document circulation. They enable digital access to information, reduce the time spent searching for documents, and facilitate their processing. Despite these achievements, it is important to note that many of these systems still require further improvement and innovation. The development of advanced technologies opens new opportunities for optimizing and enhancing document management processes, and organizations actively seek new solutions to meet the demands of modern business and implement efficient and innovative practices in this field. In the context of the digital revolution, the importance of effective electronic document circulation and innovative document management systems is necessary for the stability and success of any organization. The object of research is the process of creating an electronic contract by downloading identification data and their analysis. The subject of the study are methods and tools for developing a system for creating electronic contracts. The practical significance of the results obtained is development of a software application for processing electronic contracts. According to the findings of the research conducted in the master’s thesis, such as analyzing similar systems in the given field, conducting a systemic analysis of the research object, and selecting technological tools, an information system called "DocuRight" was developed. This system serves as a platform for creating electronic contracts using pre-prepared templates. Keywords: electronic document, templates, information system. References. 1.
