Abstract: Qualified personnel is the greatest value for any enterprise and one of the main components of success in any field of activity. Therefore, employers are objectively interested in constantly improving the professional level of their employees. Administration of personnel evaluation is the most important element in the management of human resources of any modern company and is a purposeful process of establishing the correspondence between the qualitative characteristics of personnel and the requirements for the position held. Administration of personnel evaluation is considered as an element of management and as a personnel certification system that is used in the organization in one or another modification. At the same time, it is a necessary means of studying the qualitative composition of the personnel potential of the organization, its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the basis for improving the individual work abilities of the employee and improving his qualifications (Dong and Chen, 2024). So, administration of personnel evaluation is a management process of determining the efficiency of the organization’s employees’ performance of their job duties and the realization of organizational goals, or the process of determining the compliance of the quality characteristics of personnel (abilities, skills, motives) with the requirements of the position or workplace. The relevance of the study of vocational education and training is due to negative trends observed in our society, namely: the lack of a targeted state strategy and policy in the field of vocational training, in particular, taking into account both industry specifics and the peculiarities of the economic activities of large, medium and small enterprises, in order to ensure high competitiveness of the national workforce; lack of provision of enterprises with methodological materials on the organization of the training process at the enterprise; lack of interest and financial inability of employers to provide vocational training, retraining and advanced training of their personnel; low level of stimulation of professional development of employees; lack of a unified system of professional qualifications and standards for vocational training; lack of infrastructure for vocational training at enterprises. This is precisely what determines the need for a detailed study of the organization of vocational training of personnel at the enterprise, on the basis of which it is possible to develop a scientifically sound policy on regulating the development of the vocational training system in Ukraine. The purpose of research and creation of recommendations for the development of administration of personnel evaluation of business. The object is administration of personnel evaluation of RESTOR-MARKET LLC business. A significant shortening of the life cycle of professional knowledge makes it necessary for countries that want to compete on world markets and be able to defend their interests in their own markets in the conditions of total expansion of the globalization process to form national systems of continuous professional education and personnel training. An integral condition for the creation and development of such systems is the need for the active participation of not only the state, educational institutions, but also employers, who, under the conditions of the formation of the knowledge economy, must act as active subjects in the process of professional training and upgrading the qualifications of their personnel. The need for active participation of enterprises, or employers, in the process of building a model of continuous education in Ukraine is determined by the fact that: first, people spend most of their lives at enterprises, where they realize their physical and mental abilities; secondly, it is enterprises that become the source of a significant mass of information. Many foreign and domestic scientists paid attention to various aspects of the issue of professional development of personnel and the development of the system of professional education. Among them: V. Brockbank, D. Parson, J. Graham, P. Druker, S. Arghyris , V. Savchenko, G. Shchekin, D. Goddess, J. Dong, T. Chen, Huang J., Liu M., A. Tan, Jiang Z., X. Gao, Li, H. L., Zhao, K., Liu Y., Miao Y., Liu J., Sun W., Cao W., I. Bondar, M. Semikyna, O. Levchenko, L. Shcherbak, M. Drozach and others. As a result of theoretical studies, experiments, and practical experience, certain principles of the organization of training and professional development of personnel have been developed, among which it is appropriate to note the following: - individualization of training programs; - application of active methods and shortening of training periods; - creation of a network of specialized training centers for professional development; - preparation of methodological programs; - the subordination of training to the solution of general production and personnel tasks of the enterprise. Progressive development of any society is possible under many objective conditions. One of them also includes the effective formation and implementation of a state personnel policy adequate to the modern needs of society. Today, the public need for personnel who embody three main qualities: professionalism, decency and patriotism is urgent. Processional skills depend not only on the success of the entire region, region, city, but also on individual business units and the well-being of the population in general. Therefore, the topic of the thesis «Research and administration of personnel evaluation of RESTOR-MARKET LLC business» is relevant.
