Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: Completion of the academic programme, passing a state examination, defence of a Bachelor’s thesis.
Gained competence: 1. to know, understand and be able to use in practice the basic provisions of tourism legislation, national and international standards for tourist services; 2. to know and understand the main forms and types of tourism, their division; 3. understanding the processes of organizing tourist trips and complex tourist services (hotel, restaurant, transport, excursion, recreation); 4. to identify tourist documentation and be able to use it correctly; 5. to understand the principles, processes and technologies of organizing the work of a tourist business entity and its individual subsystems (administrative-management, social-psychological, economic, technical-technological).
1. ability to analyze the recreational and touristic potential of territories; 2. ability to analyze the activities of tourism industry subjects at all levels of management; 3. apply principles and methods of organization and technology of tourist service in practical activities; 4. ability to develop, promote, implement and organize the consumption of a tourist product; 5. to organize the process of serving consumers of tourist services based on the use of modern information, communication and service technologies and compliance with quality standards and safety norms; 6. ability to use information technologies and office equipment in the work of tourist enterprises.
1. ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages; 2. ability to use various methods, including modern information technologies, for effective communication at the professional and social levels; 3. possessing sufficient knowledge of various theories in the field of communications, which will make it possible to organize communication interaction using modern communication technologies.
Academic mobility: Not available, however the mobility is encouraged and recognized in accordance with the ECTS procedures
