Мета вивчення дисципліни: Formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the following issues: thorough study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific research, mastering the complex methodology of independent scientific research and the methodology of writing and managing scientific projects, the skills of attracting sources of funding for scientific projects, preparing project proposals, forming interdisciplinary project teams, implementing effective project management and promoting the academic mobility of scientists.
Завдання: Integral competencies: knowledge of the theoretical foundations and mastering of methodological approaches regarding the selection of methods for evaluating scientific projects, forms of their documentation and obtaining social and economic effects; General competences: 1. Ability to initiate, develop and implement complex innovative projects in the field of psychology and related interdisciplinary projects, leadership and responsibility during their implementation; to ensure compliance with intellectual property rights. 2. Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of a scientific project in its various cycles; Professional competencies of the specialty: 1. Ability to substantiate directions for the development and use of scientific projects.
Learning outcomes: 1. Ability to plan, manage and evaluate a scientific project, including managing its team, resources and risks within established deadlines. 2. Application of scientific project management methods and tools by selecting funding sources, forming a project team, determining key project indicators and their subsequent planning; monitoring the stages of project implementation and reporting to the donor. 3. Ability to apply the essence of the project approach to other subject areas through improved communication and teamwork skills. 4. Ability to develop and implement scientific and/or innovative projects that provide an opportunity to rethink the existing and create new holistic knowledge and/or professional practice and to resolve significant issues taking into account legal aspects, leadership, autonomy and responsibility, to make proposals for research funding and/ or projects, to register intellectual property rights.

Summary of the subject: The formation of research skills and professional competences, as well as the experience of independent scientific activity, which is one of the main forms of education, which provides an opportunity for students of higher education to develop scientific projects and implement the acquired knowledge in practice. Provision of methodical support for students of higher education when conducting scientific research. Information support based on theoretical and methodological principles of project management. Application of modern information technologies, specialized software in project activities, databases and other electronic resources.
Опис: General characteristics of scientific project management. The concept of project management. Life cycle organization and project management. The main forms of organization of the project structure. General approaches to project planning and control. Project structuring. Project quality management and dissemination of results. Network and calendar planning of the project. Planning of resources, costs and project budget. Risk management in projects. Project quality management. Creation and management. research group. Project management software. Project budget and cost management. Justification of the feasibility of the project
Assessment methods and criteria: Teaching and learning methods: Lectures and laboratory classes: information-receptive method; reproductive method; heuristic method; problem statement method. Independent work: reproductive method; research method. Methods of assessing the level of achievement of learning outcomes: Current control. Knowledge assessment methods: selective oral survey; tests, assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, etc., Exam - written survey, test control.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control – 80 points (reports and presentations, development of a project for the implementation of scientific work, 60 points, oral express survey and passing tests in the VNS – 20 points). Final control – 20 points (20 points – oral component).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
