Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of teaching the discipline "Theoretical and applied problems of modern methods of product forming" is to provide graduate students with knowledge and form an integral set of general and professional competencies necessary for the development and effective practical implementation of work processes of generative technologies in mechanical engineering
Завдання: As a result of studying the discipline "Theoretical and applied problems of modern methods of product forming", the graduate student must learn to apply modern methods of technological design that provide - construction of an adequate computer model of molding of mechanical engineering products; - planning and analysis of a computer experiment; - justified choice of the method of simulation modeling of product forming processes; - to interpret and analyze the results of computer modeling of the processes of forming mechanical engineering products
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline "Theoretical and applied problems of modern methods of forming products" graduate student must learn to apply modern methods of technological design, providing: - construction of an adequate computer model of shaping of mechanical engineering products; - planning and analysis of a computer experiment; - reasonable choice of simulation method; - interpret and analyze the results of computer simulation.

Summary of the subject: The subject of the discipline "Theoretical and applied problems of modern methods of forming products" is the study of scientific bases and practical aspects of the implementation of high-tech workflows in mechanical engineering, based on the use of highly efficient generative methods of forming parts and engineering products.

Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control: 1. Assessment of mastering the theoretical material is carried out by means of test control (test tasks from the Electronic Educational and Methodological Complex of the Virtual Learning Environment of Lviv Polytechnic National University in the discipline "Theoretical and Applied Problems of Modern Methods of Product Formation", oral questioning. 2. Defense of reports on practical work in oral form by questioning theoretical material on the topic of work and research methods or in writing by conducting a control measure on the topic of work in the form of a test. Final control: 1. Examination control (exam). The written component consists of three-level theoretical and practical tasks and is conducted in a test form in the Virtual Learning Environment. The oral component is based on the results of the written component for a more thorough assessment of knowledge
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - ("excellent") is assigned for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literature sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena studied in their interconnection and development, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answer the questions posed, the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-71 points - ("good") is assigned for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 70 - 50 points - ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the educational material of the component, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the component's educational material, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the basic fundamental provisions.
