The ability to predict the needs of consumers in water resources and anthropogenic load on water bodies, develop schemes for the integrated use and protection of water, organize the rational use of water resources.

Summary of the subject: In the system of water protection and environmental protection construction, water treatment facilities must ensure high quality water treatment before supplying it to the population. This requires the use of advanced water treatment technologies. The discipline examines the composition and properties of natural waters. The calculation of equipment for the preparation and dosing of reagents, the calculation of water treatment facilities are considered in detail.
