Learning outcomes: Carry out the organization and management of information and analytical activities at enterprises and institutions. Create and implement information products and services demanded by consumers. Develop models of the subject area, apply the principles of designing automated databases, semantic web, web services and social media in information activities. Ability to adapt to new situations and make decisions. Ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge. Ability to treat the work responsibly and achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the basic principles of occupational safety and health and their application.

Summary of the subject: Basic concepts of information management, information model and the concept of information modeling, the basic concepts infodynamiky, probabilistic approach to measure the information content of the Shannon entropy, IDEF0 standards and IDEF1, data flow diagram (DFD), diagram "entity-relationship" (ERD), logical types of information models of electronic information sources, key management model and its scope, the principles of corporate information systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: written reports on laboratory work, oral examination (30%) final control (control measure, exam), written-oral form (70%)
