Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline "Business Analysis and Development of Technological Products" is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the processes of business analysis and development of technological products, as well as their implementation in practice. Specifically, the study of this discipline aims to teach students to: Understand business processes and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency and profitability through data analysis and process modeling. Develop technical products that meet the requirements of the business and users, using software development methods and other modern approaches. Use various methods of testing, evaluation, and quality control of products. Determine technical and functional requirements for products, as well as parameters and criteria that allow evaluating the effectiveness and appropriateness of product development. Understand innovative technologies and their implementation in business processes. Overall, studying this discipline helps students develop skills necessary for work in the field of business analysis and development of technological products, as well as allows them to understand how to ensure successful work in these areas.
Завдання: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: Classification of competences according to NRK: Ability to reveal the scientific essence of problems in the professional field Ability to solve problems in the professional field based on analysis and synthesis. Knowledge: Knowledge of the scientific and methodological foundations of the creation and application of information technologies and information systems for automated information processing and management. Ability: Ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations in scientific activity. Communication: Communicating in a dialog mode with the wider scientific community and the public in a certain field of scientific and/or professional activity. Autonomy and responsibility: Initiation of innovative complex projects, leadership and full autonomy during their implementation Social responsibility for the results of strategic decision-making. Ability to self-develop and self-improve during life, responsibility for teaching others.
Learning outcomes: After completing the course "Business Analysis and Development of Technological Products," students should know the basic concepts and techniques of business analysis and development of technological products, as well as understand the main processes involved in these fields. Specifically, students should know: - Basic methods and tools of business analysis, including data collection and analysis, modelling of business processes, and project management. - Fundamentals of software development, including software development, testing, and implementation processes. - Principles and methods of product quality control, including testing and quality evaluation. - Methods for developing innovative products and integrating them into business processes. - Basic principles of e-commerce and its development. - Basic concepts and technologies of information security. - After completing the course, students should also have practical skills necessary for working in these fields. Specifically, students should be able to: - Collect and analyze data to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop technical products according to the requirements of the business and users. - Use testing and quality evaluation methods for products. - Implement innovative technologies and methods into business processes. - Plan and manage product development projects. - Use e-commerce tools to carry out business operations and develop businesses. - Ensure the information security of products and business processes. - Communicate with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to determine requirements and ensure effective cooperation. - Analyze technical and business data to make informed decisions. - Use tools and methods for risk assessment and strategic decision-making. All of these knowledge and skills can be applied in various business and technology fields, and will help students become more competitive in the job market and develop their careers.

Students will learn methods of analyzing business needs, requirements, and opportunities that will enable them to gather and analyze important data, identify business needs, and develop optimal development strategies. In this course, students will become familiar with the main technological tools used in the IT sector, such as databases, software development, and web application development techniques. They will also learn to use testing and performance analysis tools that will help them identify and solve problems in software development processes. Students will work on real-life practice cases, developing and analyzing solutions for IT projects. They will also learn to communicate effectively with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and achievement of business goals. Overall, this course will help students develop the necessary skills for a successful career in IT business analysis and provide them with an understanding of the importance of integrating business and technological practices to achieve success in modern business.

Basics of Marketing and Advertising in IT: The fundamental principles of marketing and advertising in IT, including audience analysis and marketing strategy development. 5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis in IT: Methods and tools for conducting market and competitor research in IT, including SWOT analysis and proposition analysis. 6. Analysis of Customer Needs in IT: Methods and tools for collecting and analyzing the needs of IT product and service users. 7. Requirements for IT Products: Defining requirements for IT products and methods for formulating them. 8. Basics of User Interface Design in IT: Principles and tools for developing a user-friendly and efficient user interface in IT products. 9. Studying testing methodologies, risk management, and determining stages of implementing a technological product. Examining tools for collecting user feedback and making changes to the product. 15. Metrics and performance evaluation. Familiarization with the key metrics used in business analysis of IT products, such as usage indicators, conversions, revenue growth, and others. Discussing methods of measuring and analyzing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of a technological product. 16. Product management. Introduction to product management methods, such as creating a product plan, decision-making, resource management, and development process. Discussing the impact of changes on the product and risk management strategies.
