taking into account the influence of the external environment.

order for the transportation of goods from the manufacturer to the consumer,
comply with laws, rules and requirements of management systems
quality
FC 13. Ability to evaluate plans and proposals for organization and
transportation technologies compiled by other entities and to contribute
necessary changes based on technical and operational parameters
and principles of operation of transport facilities and devices
infrastructure, vehicles.

systems. Evaluate parameters of transport systems. Perform
system analysis and forecasting of the operation of transport systems;
