ZK6. Ability to learn and master modern knowledge.
ZK8. Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level.
Special (professional, subject) competences (FC):
FK1. The ability to apply the appropriate methods and resources of modern engineering to find optimal solutions to a wide range of engineering problems using modern approaches, forecasting methods, information technologies and taking into account existing limitations under conditions of incomplete information and conflicting requirements.
FC2. The ability to describe, classify and model a wide range of technical objects and processes, based on a deep knowledge and understanding of the theories and practices of mechanical engineering, as well as knowledge of related sciences.
FK3. Ability to work independently and effectively function as a team leader.
FK4. The ability to clearly and unambiguously convey one's own conclusions, knowledge and explanations to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, in the process of teaching.
FC5. The ability to plan and carry out experimental and theoretical research on applied mechanics and related interdisciplinary problems, to develop and summarize the results of research.
Learning outcomes: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following general learning outcomes (GN):
RN1 Apply specialized conceptual knowledge of the latest methods and techniques of design, analysis and research of structures, machines and/or processes in the field of mechanical engineering and related fields of knowledge;
РН2 Develop and put into production new types of products, in particular, perform research and design work and/or develop technological support for the process of their production;
PH3 Apply automation systems for research, design and development work, technological preparation and engineering analysis in mechanical engineering;
PH4 Use modern methods of optimizing the parameters of technical systems by means of system analysis, mathematical and computer modeling, in particular under conditions of incomplete and contradictory information;
PH5 Independently set and solve problems of an innovative nature, argue and defend the obtained results and decisions;
RN6 Develop, implement and evaluate innovative projects taking into account engineering, legal, environmental, economic and social aspects;
RN7 Clearly and unambiguously present the results of research and projects, convey one's own conclusions, arguments and explanations in national and foreign languages orally and in writing to colleagues, students and representatives of other professional groups of various levels;
RN8 Master modern knowledge, technologies, tools and methods, in particular through independent processing of specialized literature, participation in scientific, technical and educational events;
PH9 Organize the work of the group when completing tasks, complex projects, scientific research, understand the work of others, give clear instructions;
РН10 Search for necessary information in scientific and technical literature, electronic databases and other sources, assimilate, evaluate and analyze this information.
RN11 Develop management and/or technological solutions under uncertain conditions and requirements, evaluate and compare alternatives, analyze risks, predict possible consequences;
PH12 Plan and perform experimental and theoretical research in the field of applied mechanics, analyze their results, justify conclusions.
Required prior and related subjects: List of previous educational disciplines
- all disciplines of this level of training
Summary of the subject: Практика за темою магістерської кваліфікаційної роботи є складовою частиною навчального процесу підготовки магістрів за напрямом «Прикладна механіка» і проводиться на підприємствах харчової, хімічної, фармацевтичної, легкої промисловості, приладо - та машинобудування різних форм власності, а також у відповідних підрозділах проектних та науково-дослідних установ
Опис: Research work is an integral part of practice and is carried out according to an individual task. The topic of the work is issued together with the "tasks and results of practice" form, however, the content of the work is, as a rule, specified and clarified during practice by supervisors from the educational institution and practice base. The materials obtained by the student during the performance of an individual task are subsequently used in the master's qualification work, in the preparation of a report, article or for other purposes in agreement with the department and practice base.
At the same time, it is desirable that this task be a continuation of state-contractual or state-budget research conducted at the department and in which students began their work in previous courses of study.
Research topics can be theoretical, experimental, and also represent a patent search (summarization of results) and registration of an application for an invention.
Research topics are also related to the introduction of new or modernization of existing equipment and are devoted, for example, to the selection of optimal modes, parameters or programs of operation of existing equipment, analysis of reliability, efficiency, accuracy of automated lines, stations, individual means of automation and control systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: Control over the course of practice on the topic of the master's qualification work is carried out by the practice supervisors from the educational institution and the practice base.
The student is obliged to keep a report, fill in all the necessary columns and sections in accordance with the program and calendar plan, have it with him on the territory of the practice base and be ready at any time to present it to the practice supervisors for verification.
The head of the practice base at least once a week checks the diaries and makes appropriate entries in them about the student's implementation of the practice program and his compliance with production discipline.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The results of practice on the topic of the master's qualification work are summarized by the student in the process of making a credit before the committee appointed by the head of the department (subject or cycle committee). The differentiated evaluation from practice is taken into account on an equal basis with other evaluations that characterize the student's success.
The results of the practice assessment are entered in the examination report, placed in the assessment book, and in the record of success.
A student who did not complete the internship program and received an unsatisfactory feedback on the basis of the internship or an unsatisfactory evaluation during the assessment is excluded from the educational institution.
Recommended books: Recommended literature according to the individual task
