Мета вивчення дисципліни: It consists in studying the system of international economic relations, objective laws and principles of their development, to gain knowledge about the conditions, methods and basic tools of international economic interaction, as well as to develop the skills and abilities to analyze the foreign economic policy of Ukraine in the process of its integration into modern world economic structures.
Завдання: integral competence: the ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the economic sphere, which are characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions, which involves the application of theories and methods of economic science; general competences: ZK2. The ability to preserve moral, cultural, scientific values ??and multiply the achievements of society based on an understanding of the history and patterns of development of the subject area, its place in the general system of knowledge about nature and society and in the development of society, technology and technologies, to use various types and forms of motor activity for active recreation and leading a healthy lifestyle; professional competences: SK1. The ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the problems of the subject area, the foundations of the functioning of the modern economy at the micro-, meso-, macro- and international levels; SK2. Ability to carry out professional activities in accordance with current regulatory and legal acts; SK5. Understanding the features of the modern world and national economy, their institutional structure, substantiating the directions of the state's social, economic and foreign economic policy; SK8. Ability to analyze and solve tasks in the field of economic and social-labor relations; SK11. The ability to justify economic decisions based on an understanding of the regularities of economic systems and processes and using modern methodological tools. Professional competences of a professional direction: FCS 1.1. Ability to assess the business environment, business potential and opportunities for its development, substantiate business strategy, form a business plan and business model.
Learning outcomes: PRN 9. To be aware of the main features of the modern world and national economy, institutional structure, directions of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state. PRN 18. Use regulatory and legal acts regulating professional activity. PRN 21. Be able to think abstractly, apply analysis and synthesis to identify the key characteristics of economic systems of various levels, as well as the peculiarities of the behavior of their subjects. PRN 1.1. Demonstrate the ability to assess the business environment, business potential and opportunities for its development, justify business strategy, form a business plan and business model.

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "International Economy" involves an overview of the main forms and types of relations between countries and the study of theoretical concepts of the development of the global economy, including classical, neoclassical and alternative theories of international trade, international economic statistics, national accounts, etc.

Independent work Preparation for training sessions and control events: - preparation for practical classes; - preparation for passing the exam.
Assessment methods and criteria: 1) current control (30%), independent work, individual assignments, oral interviews; 2) the final assessment (70%), testing (50%), oral answer (20%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: - performance of control (individual) works and practical tasks - 25 points; - presentation of results and defense of control papers - 5 points; - examination work – 70 points (50 points – written and/or test components, 20 points – oral component).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
