the ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the economic sphere, which are characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions, which involves the application of theories and methods of economic science;

SK1. The ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the problems of the subject area, the foundations of the functioning of the modern economy at the micro-, meso-, macro- and international levels;
SK2. Ability to carry out professional activities in accordance with current regulatory and legal acts;
SK5. Understanding the features of the modern world and national economy, their institutional structure, substantiating the directions of the state's social, economic and foreign economic policy;

Learning outcomes: PRN 9. To be aware of the main features of the modern world and national economy, institutional structure, directions of social, economic and foreign economic policy of the state.
PRN 18. Use regulatory and legal acts regulating professional activity.
PRN 21. Be able to think abstractly, apply analysis and synthesis to identify the key characteristics of economic systems of various levels, as well as the peculiarities of the behavior of their subjects.

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "International Economy" involves an overview of the main forms and types of relations between countries and the study of theoretical concepts of the development of the global economy, including classical, neoclassical and alternative theories of international trade, international economic statistics, national accounts, etc.

3. Independent work
Preparation for training sessions and control events:
- preparation for practical classes;
- preparation for passing the exam.
Assessment methods and criteria: 1) current control (30%), independent work, individual assignments, oral interviews;
2) the final assessment (70%), testing (50%), oral answer (20%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: - performance of control (individual) works and practical tasks - 25 points;
- presentation of results and defense of control papers - 5 points;
- examination work – 70 points (50 points – written and/or test components, 20 points – oral component).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
