Learning outcomes: GLO 5. Assess the complexity of tasks in planning activities and processing its results. GLO 7. Research and analyze models of development of national economies and justify measures to achieve their strategic goals in the transformation of world economic relations. GLO 8. To develop and research adaptive models of equalization of imbalances and leveling of threats of global development, to offer variants of the decision of problems by results of research. GLO 12. To determine the geo-economics’ strategies of countries and their regional economic priorities, taking into account national economic interests and the security component of international economic relations in the context of global problems of mankind and the asymmetry of the distribution of world resources. А 1. Solving complex problems and problems that require constant updating and integration of knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements.
Required prior and related subjects: prerequisite: Customs service of international economic activity; International strategic management co-requisite: Social responsibility; Global problems of the world economy and international economic relations.
Summary of the subject: Features of structures of customs management bodies. Entities performing specific functions in the field of state customs. Legal regulation of the functioning of customs management bodies. Activities of customs authorities. Information support of customs authorities. International cooperation of customs authorities. Corruption in customs authorities.
Assessment methods and criteria: -current control (30%): laboratory work performing, oral examination, knowledge control in form of tests for part-time students; - final control (70%): testing (50%), oral examination (20%).

Learning outcomes: GLO 2. To think creatively, show flexibility in decision-making based on logical arguments and verified facts in a limited time and resources based on the use of various diagnostic methodologies of leading international organizations GLO 3. To systematize, synthesize and organize obtained information, identify problems, formulate conclusions and develop recommendations using effective approaches and technologies, specialized software to solve complex problems taking into account the cross-cultural characteristics of international economic relations. GLO 5. Assess the complexity of tasks in planning activities and processing its results. GLO 14. Present the results of own research by preparing scientific publications and approbations at scientific events. CОМ 1. Clear and unambiguous providing of own conclusions, as well as knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students. А&R 1. Decision-making in complex and unpredictable conditions, which requires the application of new approaches and forecasting skills. А&R 3. Ability to further study, which is largely autonomous and independent.
