Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of teaching the educational discipline "Psychological counseling in the organization" is to develop students' understanding of the concept of psychological counseling in the organization, the main stages of psychological counseling in the organization, types and directions of psychological counseling, the differences between the concepts of psychological and psychotherapeutic counseling, mastering the basic techniques of psychological counseling in organizations.
Завдання: -The ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the process of learning and professional activity in the field of psychology, which involves conducting research and/or implementing innovations and is characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions and requirements. - Appreciation and respect for diversity and multiculturalism. -Ability to carry out practical activities (training, psychotherapeutic, consulting, psychodiagnostic and other depending on specialization) using scientifically verified methods and techniques. -Ability to organize and implement educational and educational activities for various categories of the population in the field of psychology. -Ability to assess the limits of one's own professional competence and improve professional qualifications. -Ability to carry out psychological diagnosis of personnel in accordance with the request. -Ability to master the basic principles and features of the organization's functioning and conduct psychological consultations within its boundaries, in accordance with requests. -Ability to master the methodology of the organization and conducting business training in the organization.
Learning outcomes: - Use the methods of organizational psychology in one's own consulting practice (the ability to independently organize the process of diagnosis, counseling and psychocorrection, take care of occupational psychohygiene). - Conduct psycho-prophylactic, advisory and training sessions with the organization's staff, using appropriate psychological tools. - Provide social and psychological support for changes in organizations by implementing business training and facilitation training in organizations. -Responsibility for the professional development of individuals and/or groups of individuals, the ability to further study with a high level of autonomy.

Summary of the subject: Psychological counseling is a special field of practical psychology associated with the provision of direct psychological assistance by a specialist psychologist to people who need it. The purpose of the educational discipline of psychological counseling is to obtain information about the types of psychological counseling, to gain knowledge about the main stages and techniques of psychological counseling. The study of intercultural interaction takes place in the format of lecture material and interactive practical classes (strategic and training exercises).

Assessment methods and criteria: Current control in the discipline "Psychological counseling" is carried out using a selective oral survey; evaluation of performances in practical classes, evaluation of activity in discussions, testing, evaluation of individual projects and control works.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The maximum number of points that a student can receive during training is 100 (PC), which includes presentations at practical classes, analysis of specialized literature, participation in discussions, completion of an individual task, test results for each of the topics. The system by which the student collects points is accumulative. The minimum score with which a student is admitted to the exam is 0 points. Training in the discipline is possible subject to the applicant's individual study schedule.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
