Characteristics of the educational program: Ability to solve complex problems in the field of information technology, software engineering, to carry out research and innovation activity, which involves deep rethinking of existing and creation of new holistic knowledge, as well as practical implementation of the obtained results.
Gained competence: 01. Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of conceptual, methodological and technological principles of developing quality software systems. 02. Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of management theory methods and optimal decision-making on software engineering processes. 03. Develop and research conceptual, mathematical, informational and computer models of processes and systems, effectively use them to create innovative software systems. 04. Apply modern tools and technologies for information retrieval, processing and analysis, in particular, statistical methods of analysis of large data and / or complex structure, specialized databases and information systems. 05. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of philosophical methodology of scientific knowledge, psychological and pedagogical aspects of professional and scientific activities, own scientific worldview and moral and cultural values. 06. Ability to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of English, necessary for oral and written presentation of research results, conducting professional scientific dialogue, full understanding of English scientific texts.
07. To know and be able to analyze the fundamental and modern works of leading foreign and domestic scientists in the chosen research issues, to formulate the purpose and objectives of their own research as part of the general civilization process. RN 08. Integrate and apply the acquired knowledge from various interdisciplinary areas in the process of creating software systems for solving complex scientific and technical problems. 09. Analyze and select relevant models for the design and implementation of intelligent systems for various purposes. 10. Conduct research and carry out research projects on the basis of identification of current scientific problems, definition of goals and objectives, formation and critical analysis of information base, substantiation and commercialization of research results, formulation of author's conclusions and proposals. 11. To be able to formulate from new research positions the general methodological basis of own scientific research, to define its urgency, the purpose and value for the development of other branches of science, social and political, economic life. 12. Be able to prepare a request for funding, develop a feasibility study for the project, and develop reporting documentation.

Ability to use modern information and communication tools and technologies to ensure effective scientific and professional communications.
