Characteristics of the educational program: Student must satisfy the programme requirements of 90 ECTS credits which include: - academic disciplines - 63 ECTS credits; - practice on the Master’s Thesis topic - 12 ECTS credits; - the Master’s Thesis performance and defence -15 ECTS credits
Gained competence: 1. To comprehend critically scientific concepts and modern theories of chemical processes and chemical engineering, and apply them to research and innovation.
1. To search for the necessary information on chemical technology, processes and equipment for the chemicals and materials based on them manufacturing, to systematize, analyze and evaluate relevant information. 2. To organize your and collective activity in the manufacture, design division, and research laboratory conditions, to define the goals and effective ways of their achievement, to motivate and teach the personnel. 3. To evaluate the technical and economic characteristics of research, development, technology, and chemical manufacture equipment results. 4. To communicate fluently, verbally, and in writing in the state and foreign languages to discuss and present the professional activities, research and projects results. 5. To develop and implement chemical technology and related interdisciplinary projects, taking into account social, economic, environmental and legal aspects. 6. To search in the scientific and technical literature, patents, databases, and other sources for the necessary information on chemical technology, processes, and chemical equipment of chemicals and materials based on them manufacture, to systematize, analyze, and evaluate the relevant information.
1. The clear and unambiguous communication of one's own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to students.
Academic mobility: On the basis of bilateral agreements between the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" and the universities of Ukraine or higher educational institutions of foreign partner countries.
