Learning outcomes: • know the methods and tools of theoretical and experimental research in the field of fusion technology Macromolecular, creation of plastics, elastomers and polymer composites based on high-molecular compounds and oligomers; • know the methods and tools of theoretical and experimental research in the synthesis of macromolecular compounds forming plastic products, elastomers and polymer composites based on high-molecular compounds and oligomers; • to be able to explore the physical, chemical and technological properties of polymeric materials and their components using modern methods of planning and execution of the experiment; • to understand the development of plans, programs and procedures for research in the field of macromolecular compounds, polymer materials and products.
Required prior and related subjects: • Basics of polymer chemistry • Theoretical basis of polymer synthesis technologies • Special processes of synthesis and modification of polymers • Chemical Technology of Macromolecular Synthesis, • The use of computer technology in the production and processing of polymers.
Summary of the subject: Opratsovuvannya and analysis of specialized publications and journals, databases, patent search on the topic of research. Getting to know the job. Safety training. Introduction of hazardous and harmful substances and factors during the research work, methods of protection against them. Working goals and objectives of research. The development work plan. The study method raising experiment. Introduction to objects and methods of research. Implementation of experimental work. Learning the principles of development of regulatory documents on research products. Analysis of the results of the experiments, statistical analysis of the results and their publication.
Assessment methods and criteria: • final control (100% control measure, test): written, oral form (100%)
