Learning outcomes: To know: theories and practices of marketing, innovative tendencies of its development, applied aspects of professional activity in the field of marketing; methodology and tools of scientific research, current problems of society development, principal fundamentals of professional ethics, system of moral and cultural values; how to solve the set problems and make substantiated decisions; how to conduct a research at the adequate level, master the skills of investigation, revealed in the capacity to shape (develop presentations, or present reports) new products in the chosen branch, to choose relevant directions and appropriate methods for their implementation, considering available resources; To be able: to use professional and specialized knowledge and practical skills of management, marketing, finance, logistics, economics for efficient management of economic entities in the conditions of market economy; to determine cause and effect relations, to analyze and consolidate external and internal managerial information for the purpose of planning, organizing, motivating of employees and control for the activity of subordinates in affiliates and organizations. To apply professional and specialized knowledge and practical skills for solution of typical managerial problems.

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "Pedagogical Workshop" aims to form in graduate students professional and pedagogical competence to create opportunities for potential employment in higher education and ensure competitiveness in the market of educational services. The discipline reveals the essence of knowledge and practical skills in the field of scientific and pedagogical activities increases the competitiveness of graduate students in employment. Thus, according to the educational and scientific program, a potential area of its activity is teaching in higher education institutions. And direct pedagogical skills, which are indicators of relevant competence, are the ability and willingness to participate in the organization of scientific and educational work of the profile department, to know and understand the principles of organization of the profile department (distribution of functional responsibilities, teacher workload, -research work of the faculty (educational and scientific institute) and the institution of higher education in general), to apply active teaching methods, modern educational technologies. In turn, the teaching skills of a graduate student are his ability to acquire and understand, as well as the effective application of basic and avant-garde pedagogical concepts and techniques.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (70%). Final control (30%, control measures, credit): testing, theoretical questions, individual task, oral component.
