Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
• ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of scientific and mathematical principles underlying geodesy and land management (ZN1);
• ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of design methodologies, relevant regulations, applicable standards and specifications (ZN3);
• ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of the current state of affairs and the latest technologies in the field of geodesy and land management (ZN4);
• the ability to critically evaluate the results of activities and reasonably defend the decisions made (ZN9);
• ability to treat the work responsibly and achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics (UM3);
• apply knowledge and understanding to solve problems of synthesis and analysis in systems that are characteristic of the chosen specialization (UM5);
• combine theory and practice, as well as make decisions to solve problems of the specialty, taking into account universal values, social, state and industrial interests (UM8);
• skills of interaction with other people, ability to work in groups (KOM1).
Required prior and related subjects: Previous courses -
Related and the following disciplines: Economic and mathematical methods and models in real estate valuation.
Summary of the subject: Types of rights in real estate. Assessment of the right to lease. Assessment of mortgage law. Assessment of land use rights. Easement assessment.
Assessment methods and criteria: To control the learning outcomes of students in the process of current and semester controls, the following methods are provided: current control over the performance of tasks in laboratory classes (35%), performance and defense of tests (5%), written test (50%), oral component (10%).
