Summary of the subject: In the process of evaluation, alternative uses of the evaluated objects are generated and evaluated, and decisions are made on their optimal use. The results of the assessment serve as an information base for monitoring the impact of management decisions on the current and projected market value of facilities. The purpose of teaching the discipline "Valuation of objects in material form" - the formation of students' knowledge, skills and abilities that will allow them to independently solve practical problems of valuation of objects in material form, namely: valuation of real estate (real estate, real estate), including land plots, and property rights to them; evaluation of machinery and equipment. Concept of valuation. Principles of valuation. Bases of valuation, вasic approaches to choose theirs. Types of valuе as bases of valuation, condition of their application, general approaches to their determination. Real estate as object of valuation, their authentication. Organization of process of valuation. Expense approach of valuation of the real estate. Сost-is-no-object approach approach оf valuation of the real estate. Income capitalisation approach оf valuation of the real estate. Comparative approach valuation of the real estate. Еxpert monetary valuation of land. Machines, equipments as objects of valuation. Сost-is-no-object approach approach оf valuation of machines and equipments. Expense approach of valuation of machines and equipments. Comparative approach valuation of machines and equipments. Evaluation of machines and equipments that needs major repairs or repair of that is confessed by inadvisable.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40 points in total): defense of laboratory works according to the term appointed by the teacher - 20 points, oral examination - 10 points, activity, suggestions, original decisions, clarifications and definitions, etc. - 10 points. Examination control - 60 points (written component 50 points, oral component 10 points).
