Learning outcomes: As a result of the study of dyspine students must: Know the basics of the construction and functioning of technical means of therapeutic recognition, as well as the mechanisms of action on the human body; Be able to assess the technical condition and effects of the effects on the human body of physiotherapy.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: From anatomy and physiology of man: structure and functional systems of the human body; From mathematics: differential and integral calculus; From physics: electrical and magnetic phenomena, acoustic, electromagnetic radiation of different ranges and radioactive radiation. Corequisites: The basis of circuit engineering of electronic products.
Summary of the subject: Methodology and technical means of physiotherapeutic massage and ultrasound therapy. Fundamentals and technical means of physiotherapy with electric current. Methodological foundations and technical means of electrostimulation and defibrillation techniques. Physiotherapy with electromagnetic field. Instruments of inductothermy, UHF therapy, microwave therapy. Phototherapy. Features of the interaction of optical radiation with bioobject. Infrared therapy. Technical means of chromotherapy, ultraviolet physiotherapy, laser therapy. Radiation therapy. Fundamentals of the interaction of ionizing radiation with biological tissues. X-ray therapy. Gamma therapy: gamma knife, cyber-knife. Magnetotherapy. Requirements of electrical safety for medical electrical products of therapeutic purpose.
