tasks of synthesis of electric power, electrotechnical and electromechanical systems;
Learning outcomes: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the student of education should be capable
demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
know:
1) the task and purpose of the study of the use of energy resources at the facility;
2) energy audit methodology;
3) techniques for determining energy saving potential;
4) organizational and technical measures to reduce energy consumption.
be able:
1) choose methods and carry out energy inspections of objects;
2) analyze and critically evaluate the current state of energy use;
3) investigate energy flows at the facility;
4) critically evaluate performance indicators of energy use systems.
Required prior and related subjects: • Fundamentals of energy policy;
• Theoretical fundamentals of electrical engineering,
• Fundamentals of thermal engineering,
• Metrology and electrical measurements.
Summary of the subject: The basics of performing an energy audit at energy-consuming facilities are outlined
an important component of energy efficiency improvement measures. Given
features of all stages of the energy audit, development of energy-saving measures and their technical and economic justification, as well as recommendations for the preparation of the energy audit report and its
presentations to the customer.
Опис: Features and stages of the energy audit. Methods of determining the amount and value of energy consumption and energy carriers on the object of the audit. Tariffs for energy resources. Analysis and evaluation of the state of energy using. Determination of potential energy-saving. Measures to improve energy consumption in industrial processes and the creation of microclimate in industrial and residential buildings. Preparation and study of the list of energy-saving measures at the facility audit. Criteria for evaluation of the effectiveness of the measures. The requirements for the formation and content of the energy audit report.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current and examination control. Knowledge assessment methods: selective oral
poll; assessment of activity in practical classes, originality in performing RGR, etc.
Exam - test control, oral survey
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • written reports of the clearing work, oral (30%);
• final control – exam: writing oral form (70%).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
