Characteristics of the educational program: Educational and vocational training program is based on the known positions and results of modern scientific and technological research in information technology, computer technology and programming, embedded systems and the Internet of things, digital methods of signal processing and imaging, intelligent control technology moving objects, computer modeling of vehicles, experimental design and planning studies.
Gained competence: - thorough knowledge of scientific concepts, theories, and methods necessary for the research and synthesis of automotive control systems and embedded systems of the Internet of Things; - know the life cycle of integrated automotive control systems and embedded Internet of Things systems; content and sequence of procedures for the construction of functional and structural schemes; - knowledge of methods and means of processing signals and images, basic approaches to converting signals from one area to another, methods and approaches of digital filtering and compression of signals and images; - knowledge of technical and software tools for analysis and synthesis of automotive control systems and embedded systems of the Internet of Things; - knowledge of computer methods for modeling and optimization automotive control systems and embedded systems of the Internet of Things. - know the principles of construction and operation of electronic car control systems, remote car control systems, automotive multiplex systems; - know how to evaluate the adequacy and efficiency of information systems and technologies using the methodology of object-oriented analysis and design and tools to maintain the life cycle of the software; - knowledge of models of information flows, storages and data spaces, knowledge bases using diagram technology and standards for the development of information systems; - to know and understand the impact of technical decisions in the social, economic, social and environmental context.
- be able to use modern programming methods and tools to investigate the feasibility of implementing automotive control systems and embedded Internet of Things systems in order to meet the information needs of users; - be able to apply knowledge and understanding for the tasks of analysis and synthesis of specialization; - be able to use multichannel digital oscilloscopes and diagnostic scanners to study electronic vehicle control systems; - be able to conduct chip tuning of electronic control systems of the car to optimize their characteristics; - be able to choose the necessary method of converting signals, convert signals from one area to another, perform digital filtering and compression of signals, in particular, image signals; - be able to evaluate the stage and final results of the project work and adjust the project parameters, develop project documentation, and take actions to evaluate the results of the project; - be able to search for information in different sources to solve the problems of specialization.
