Required prior and related subjects: «Philosophy and methodology of science», «Modern directions of scientific research in the field of construction and engineering systems».
Summary of the subject: The discipline «Systems of providing microclimate parameters in modern construction» involves the study of modern technologies for maintaining the parameters of the microclimate in modern buildings and structures. The issues considered during the study of the discipline concern the problems of energy saving and rational use of fuel and energy resources in housing and communal services. The basic properties of humid air are described, I-d - diagram of humid air, the image of processes of change of its condition on it. Concepts about parameters of a microclimate of rooms of houses and constructions are resulted. Modern systems of heating, ventilation and air conditioning of buildings and structures are considered. Information on the use of solar collectors and heat pumps in modern construction is covered.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (abstract – 20 points, oral examination – 20 points); final control (60 points, control measure, written and oral form, exam).
