Learning outcomes: – to know analytical and intuitive methods of project decisions substantiation, normative and methodological base concerning project decisions making; – to be able to substantiate scientific, technical and organizational project decisions on the basis of determined criteria, identify main problems and quantitatively assess the risks of project decisions; – to understand the peculiarities of project decisions making in the conditions of conflicts, uncertainty and poly-criteria; – to use analytical tools. software and information support in the processes of project decisions making in relation to the possibilities of business development; – to analyze alternative project decisions in view of their poly-criteria, enterprise development strategies on the grounds of customers demand prognostication and identification of market development tendencies; – to synthesize project decisions according to the stages and areas of projecting and to temporal, qualitative, resource, financial and economic parameters; – to assess efficiency and effectiveness of project decisions.

Summary of the subject: Conception, tendencies and strategies of enterprises and organizations development. Methods of analyzing enterprise internal possibilities and external threats. Economic and statistical forecasting of business development considering the condition and tendencies of market environment changing. Basic concepts of decisions making theory. Criteria of project decisions quality. Classification, rankings and scaling of decisions. Concordance coefficient. Matrix method of project decisions substantiation. Contents, functions and sources of project decisions emergence. Absolute and relative risk indices. Project decisions substantiation in the conditions of conflicts, uncertainty of environment. Criteria of decisions efficiency.
Assessment methods and criteria: – current control: written reports of laboratory works, oral examination – 30%; – control examination: exam, written-oral form – 70%.
